Good Stuff from the Hawks after 2 periods. Lalime has 22 saves and has a shutout going(knock on wood). On the offensive side nice to see Patrick Sharp add to his totals with his 22nd and Havlet got the assist .. hopefully more to come in the 3rd

I know this idea looks very bleak with Benson, but the Bears should really look into Julius Jones to be a Chicago Bear. He's a Free Agent after this postseason and after Barber got the start this week He was very mad with the decision. We have had his brother so why not get him heh. Seriously though, He will be 27 going into the season next year and I think he is a great back. For having to share his carries with Barber, He has excelled particularly with his 1000 yard year last season. In 2005 with only 13 games played, with 257 attempts, rushed for 993. In 2006 16 games played, 10 more attempts with 267, rushed for 1084(and this was the first year with Barber). Now this season it has been a complete favor over Barber getting probably, and this is a guess probably 60-62% of most plays. Basically what I am saying is I gave Benson a chance last season to shine with no TJ here, but he did not take advantage of his opportunities and decided to be a mope. Benson signed a 5 year 35 mil contact in 05, but the contract total is obviously a lot more and I think the backend of the deal is loaded more so I see getting rid of him will be hard. Angelo said he will have to fight for his job this year so lets bring in Jones let him battle with Benson then pull a Jack Del Rio and cut Benson.

I have no clue who to cheer for in this game. Its whoever will beat the Patriots. I went into this game saying Colts, but i just dont know anymore. LT could run over Pats and SD has a good D, but the passing game would kill them, the Colts just arent playing good but if they win maybe a second week of healthy players(pray Addai and Sanders are good) they can take down the Pats

Link To me I find this to be a great trade for the Atlanta Braves. The braves have some great kids in the minors that play outfield and getting Kotsay means they do not have to push for those players to get ready a bit quicker. As much as the trade helps I am surprised they traded Devine, I think this kid is amazing, future closer and could probably have helped their bullpen this season. Anyways Braves get a deal since the A's are paying 5 mil and change of the Kotsay 8 mil contract. So this just adds on to Billy Beane's off-season, it seems as he is putting together a young crop of pitching propsects, and I just wonder what some of the likes of Eric Chavez think about all that is going down heh

If over the past few seasons are biggest needs were big men and still are and we went out and did Wallace/Tyrus/2nd whatever I would not get this trade. I am also a pretty big fan of Tyrus as he can get the adrenaline pumping, but I would be happy to get rid of Wallace, but would we then have to start Gray. Gray has been great in the minutes he gets, imo, but would he be suitable to get that position, or would we go with a small rotation team of Smith/Nocioni/McGrady/Deng/Hinrich and then have Duhon, Gordon, Noah, Gray come off the bench. I think we would have to keep Tyrus, even if that means no deal, unless we got something with McGrady which would not happen. Give them Wallace/Thabo/1st heh
