  1. Sac fly for Pierre. 4-2 LA, 5th
  2. This PA guy sounds better than the other day. That guy sounded like he worked at Cliff's Film and Broadcasting Ranch for Wayward Boys in Unincorporated Grundy County.
  3. Teahen catches a pop up to end the inning. The bronx cheer started before he caught it.
  4. Wow, Teahen sucks at any position.
  5. This broadcast is where it belongs...on the internet.
  6. I have to hand it to Teahen...he can hit a little bit. Overpaid bench player, but he can be a valuable player.
  7. He's been doing that all spring. Hands look lower too.
  8. I've been one of the people that has called out Milledge about taking off his helmet, and I can assure you that if anyone on the Sox did that, no matter what they looked like, I would call them out on it. There's just no good reason to take the helmet off before you cross home plate. Walk off homer? Sure, go ahead. The game is over. But to be half way down the 3rd base line and removing the helmet to show the world that you just hit a homer is a bush league move. I don't care what color he is...and I'm not going to defend him just because he wears a White Sox uniform either. Just in the name of fairness, I hate the bat throwing Pierzynski does too. I think he acts like an ass a lot of the time.
  9. Danks vs Lilly Sox: Pierre LF, Beckham 2B, Rios CF, Konerko dh, Quentin RF, Pierzynski C, Ramirez SS, Teahen 1B, Morel 3B LA: Furcal SS, Gwynn, RF, Uribe 3B, Kemp CF, Loney 1B, Thames LF, Barajas C, DeJesus 2B, Lilly P

    Adam Dunn

And then he hits two homers off Carmona on opening day, and everyone is happy. Expect .380 OBP and 40 homers, with about 175 K's. That's who he is.
  11. Crain struck out the side, but gave up two runs. Walk, double, single.
  12. Sale is in there trying to pitch over errors by Gookie Dawkins and Robby Hudson. Yikes.
  13. Teahen will start at 1B tomorrow. Just trying to show other teams how versatile he is. They're really going all out to try to move him.
  14. Peavy story on 60 pitch limit... http://content.usatoday.com/communities/da...content=Twitter
  15. http://twitter.com/ChrisRongey/status/50256847009091584
  16. Cuts... De Aza, Flowers, Bruney, McPherson, Gray, Lindsay, Kinney, Infante and Danks. Down to 29, and that includes Peavy and Viciedo. So they're down to 27. With Lucy just there to be a 3rd catcher, it's really just down to Lillibridge or Milledge. I think Humber is the 5th starter, and Marquez will be in the pen.
  17. Peavy will be limited to 60 pitches going into May. Might as well write him off until at least June. I hope they go even slower with him. If he isn't back until July, but then can stay in the rotation, that's fine with me.
  18. Jackson vs King Felix Milledge LF, Beckham 2B, Dunn 1B, Ramirez DH, Teahen RF, Castro C, Morel 3B, Vizquel SS, Lillibridge CF
  19. Bases loaded, nobody out... Teahen lines out softly to ss Flowers strikes out after being 2-0. McPherson strikes out on 3 pitches. Good times.
  20. Double for Flowers. He's been above and beyond expectations this spring.
  21. Hear that Angels? You want some of that? QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ Mar 21, 2011 -> 09:29 PM) Teahen with the sweet diving stop
  22. Double for Pierre, RBI single for Beckham off Latos. Alex Rios 2-run homer. 3-0. Team rules in the cold weather.
  23. 53 and cloudy in Peoria, AZ http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/gameday/index.jsp?g...mp;mode=gameday Marquez starting. Buehrle pushed back to Tuesday (Reds AAA team) because of the possible rain tonight.
