I think the Twins and Tigers are both in the same position...if they don't get a starting pitcher, I don't like their chances. That's why having Dan Hudson is so important to the Sox. I think he's going to be more than adequate, while the other four do their thing.
Good!

This was the game my friends and I were SUPPOSED to go to..... the last game I was supposed to go to, but decided not to at the last minute was Buehrle's perfect game.
Yes.

I'll take a guess:
Pierre, Ramirez, Rios, Konerko, Quentin (dh), Jones (rf), Pierzynski, Viciedo, Beckham
Flip Jones and AJ, but I got it.
It won't happen, but if Buehrle pulled a Moyer and won the same amount of games Moyer did from age 32 on, Buehrle would win over 350 games. That's mind boggling.
I just wanted to point out Mark Buehrle was called up to the Sox 10 years ago today.
There has been some rough patches over the years, but overall it's been great to witness:
143 wins
2 no-hitters, incl. a perfect game
3 division titles
1 World Series win incl. the Game 3 save
Thanks for 10 years, #56.
Greg Walker was on with Rongey over the weekend, and he said Gordon Beckham is back. He said before he was bad in batting practice, flip drills...everything. He saw progress a week or two ago and he told Ozzie, "He's back. I don't know when he'll start hitting in games, but he's got it." Sure enough, he's back. If Gordon can work his way back to the 2-spot, we're going to be real dangerous.
