Good to see Carlos Guillen off the DL and in the lineup with his career line of .372/.491/.628 against Jose. Hopefully he'll still be rusty from the injury and time off
Unless the Cards manage to sign him to a long-term deal, definitely looks to be in the A's favor. But they are still prospects who have never played in the majors, so until they produce at the highest level, you never know.
I got a feeling there are gonna some tired/red eyes after celebrating the perfect game last night. At times we've had success against Verlander, hope we can get it going early and take the whole series
