Other than him, I couldn't care less who wins it. Q deserves it, but this injury probably killed his chances (even though we wouldn't even be in this race without him).
Oh, and while Alexei has been great this year, he's the third best offensive option for Rookie of the Year. Both Longoria and Denard Span have been better.
As much I personally dont want Morneau to win the MVP, I have a hard time saying he doesnt deserve it this year, especially with TCQ missing Sept. He leads the AL in RBI on a team with a weaker lineup, that nobody expected to be in the playoff hunt into the final week of the season. I know the starting pitching has carried them, but his bat in the cleanup spot has definitely helped a lot too.
