QUOTE (Tony @ Nov 12, 2017 -> 01:12 AM) Why? How? https://twitter.com/ABC/status/928709231641014274?s=17 Doesn't the 2nd Amendment say you have the right to bear as many arms as humanly f***ing possible?

QUOTE (RockRaines @ Nov 11, 2017 -> 05:25 PM) The difference between everything going right and everything going wrong is about 30 points. What would the spread have to be next weekend for you to even think about taking Illinois with the points? 49? 56? With the way OSU demolishes bad teams, it's gonna get ugly. -

QUOTE (raBBit @ Nov 10, 2017 -> 01:57 PM) The games have been much better this year. I love it personally and would be upset if they changed it. Obviously there is scheduling issues with it but who’s going to complain about an extra day of football? I'm with you. I think they really need to give a bye week before the Thursday games, because the quality is worse sometimes, but I still follow the game every week.

Louis CK issued a statement, probably the most honest one I've seen in such a situation. https://twitter.com/NBCNews/status/92905225...6012672/photo/1

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Nov 10, 2017 -> 11:40 AM) Guys were dropping like flies for both teams last night. Stupid to have teams play 4 days after Sunday every week. "Thursday Night Football should be illegal"

QUOTE (iamshack @ Nov 10, 2017 -> 09:39 AM) Just to be clear, this isn't a contest to determine who can field an MLB team with the lowest payroll. We can pay some people. Maybe for you it isn't...

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Nov 10, 2017 -> 09:46 AM) Tom Silverstein called in to Mully and Hanley this morning and said some players think he quit on them and just was looking for a way out I saw on Twitter yesterday that he was playing through the injury, then as soon as Rodgers got hurt, he said f*** it, I'm not playing anymore, put me on IR.

QUOTE (SoxFanForever @ Nov 9, 2017 -> 08:34 PM) Any chance Q may be in trouble if they keep trending this way? Not looking so good right now. He may be, I don't think him and Bowman are best friends. Head coaches are so easy to fire as opposed to GMs, but the problem seems to be lack of young impact talent. Personally, I would give him one more year to make the second round again -
QUOTE (StrangeSox @ Nov 9, 2017 -> 03:33 PM) Whitefish's repair work has failed, dropping the island back to only 18% generating capacity http://www.cnn.com/2017/11/09/us/puerto-ri...tage/index.html That 18% doesn't mean 18% of people have power. It means 18% of total possible power is being generated and distributed. It's mainly going to critical facilities like hospitals, meaning few homes actually have power nearly two months after the storm hit. A government hired agency was extremely overpaid and didn't complete the work?. Tomorrow you will tell me the sky is blue. The Red Cross did it during Sandy, it happens everywhere, it's why people join politics.

QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Nov 9, 2017 -> 02:32 PM) Now as long as the guy is whipping it out, they should whip out their phones and take pictures and post them or show them to the proper people. If you are in private, is it considered legal? Then you get busted by the new revenge porn laws.

QUOTE (Brian @ Nov 9, 2017 -> 12:54 PM) http://awfulannouncing.com/online-outlets/...ke-persona.html I remember seeing people correspond with or RT "Ryan" but I never followed them cuz it wasn't a particularly interesting account. Julie DiCaro got involved somehow and deleted her account. May have been mocking the women that "Ryan" harrassed. I think DiCaro started talking about it on her show/podcast last night, after several woman begged her not to, because it was way more than just a teenage girl pretending to be a male writer, given all the harassment that came out. She still talked about it and was called out for "victim-shaming", while she claims to stand up for all victims 24-7.

Its crazy how quickly the story goes from "Wow, a 13 year old girl was writing for BP for years" to "this awful 20-year old woman catfished and harassed numerous people online".

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Nov 9, 2017 -> 12:24 PM) That's the premium you pay for a guy who can pitch you through the world series next year if you have a good enough team around him. Is that Wade Davis though? When he pitched two innings this postseason, he needed multiple days to recover. -

QUOTE (soxfan2014 @ Nov 9, 2017 -> 08:56 AM) With Ellsbury, Gardner, Judge and Frazier between OF and DH along with a guy like Headley getting DH at bats after Torres comes up, there really isn't room for him to get the at bats. Unless of course they trade Garnder and eat some money and release Headley. Frazier is a FA. -
