I'm in between saddened & anxious. I did like Ozzie, but it was time for him to go. That being said, I'm not sure what's gonna happen with this team the next few years no matter who the next manager is. You have expensive guys who were awful last year, a few youngsters who haven't hit their potential yet. It's an interesting mix, and I'm not sure if it will go well or implode.

I have a condo in Old Irving that I'm forced to rent due to the thriving housing market. It just came up for rent again last month, and there definitely was tons of interest, more than in the past. The rental market is definitely hot right now, so it could be an option, although it is different when you are moving 2,000 miles away instead of 10 like I did. Thanks for 2005 Ozzie. I think he can still be a successful manager somewhere, but his time in Chicago had ran out. Sounds like it may only be prospects coming from Florida, but Free LoMo!
