I think closer by situation works... Jenks in situations where it's 3 runs. Santos in situations where it's close with a lot of tough right handed hitters. Thronton in situations where it's close with a lot of tough left handed hitters. Of course, Thornton's role is versatile in this situation. Hopefully, it doesn't mess with any of these guys' minds.
