  1. Maybe one more inning for Lance with his pitch count at 70. I'd imagine 2 of Bummer, Graveman, and Lopez might not be available today.
  2. Javier and Valdez are both top end pitchers. The offense looking bad against them isn't the biggest red flag. If they still look this bad against Urquidy and Garcia, we might have some problems.
  3. I have to imagine Javier's fastball tunnels really well with his high slider. Cause I have no idea why you'd want to swing at a pitch that high.
  4. It should help a lot of lefties. My fantasy team is like 70% left handed.
  5. The cringe level of the broadcast immediately goes down 100 points.
  6. Hey I wasn't that nervous on that routine fly ball now that Vaughn and Sheets aren't playing there.
  7. It's hard to tell exactly when TA tagged him, but in real time he definitely looked out.
  8. Cameron with more pop and less plate discipline. You can probably argue that Cameron was also better in the field.
  9. Pie always sucked. Patterson had a few good years, but was never fully healthy.
  10. Luis is already opening his stance back up again after he was pretty closed during ST and the WBC. I think he figured out the closed stance wasn't working, but the open stance isn't working right now either. He might be stuck in between at the moment.
  11. It's a bad matchup for him. He likes throwing fastballs. The Astros are good at hitting fastballs. If you don't keep them honest with good breaking stuff they will kill you.
  12. McCormick isn't actually hurt. Was he that bad in ST that Meyers is playing over him?
  13. Way to pitch out of it. It helps that the bottom of the Astros lineup isn't what it usually is.
  14. I think his struggles against the Astros are in his head at this point.
  15. Lynn's got a thing for giving up the first Major League hit to guys.
  16. FO was under a lot of pressure since the team under-performed so much. Yaz probably felt the pressure to get back sooner with how bad the team was. But he actually just ended up hurting the team with how terrible he was.
  17. Nah, I'd rather not watch baseball till 11 every night.
