You're right. I didn't know I had to scroll down on the standings page to see the bracket. Winner of Japan and Italy plays the winner of Group D runner-up and Group C winner. Cuba could end up playing the US in the semi-finals depending on what happens today.

Italy is not beating Japan. I know it's baseball and anything can happen, but Japan is probably not gonna lose until the finals. Japan is a -600 favorite against Italy.
