It just gives most of us another reason to root for them losing every game, so I couldn't care less. This team can't possibly sink any lower.

It's hilarious you think it matters. This team is losing 100-120 games. Clevinger doesn't even move the needle.

The problem is, they aren't signing Clevinger just to eat innings. If that was the case, he would have been signed already. And there are plenty of shitty pitchers in the organization to eat innings. This is the White Sox reacting to an 0-4 start, and being desperate for any pitcher that can get them wins. I really do think Getz was trying to put together a competitive team this season, and he's panicking. Regardless, it just reinforces what a joke they are.

I would love for a record breaking season for all the wrong reasons to embarrass Jerry and all his cronies to death, but I don't think anyone in this organization is even capable of feeling embarrassment. Come on. This team is in funny bad territory now. I don't know how anyone can get angry anymore. 2022 and 2023 made it very clear to me this is not a serious baseball organization.

And perhaps that's an organizational problem. I don't think the hitters EVER have a plan for the pitcher they are facing. They threw Robert like 3 strikes the last two games, and he has struck out what, 5 times? Just don't fucking swing, if they aren't throwing strikes.

Robert has looked completely clueless the last two games. He's such an enigma.

It's honestly comical. It's almost like satire. They don't believe anything they are saying, and you can hear it in their voice.

Do you really believe they are? There's nothing this team does better than any other team in the MLB. Any success you're seeing is luck, at this point.
