Is it true that the Mark Gonzalez interview had something about the vets being pissed at Getz for talking about the energy of the younger guys? I think Beckham at leadoff is a one-year stop-gap. Not a long-term option.

Hypothetically, if Nix replaces Getz and Teahen replaces Q in LF, with Q moving to RF. Do we all still have an issue here?

When he was drafted the A's were in a tizzy about how projectable Teahen was. How he looked like a guy who could grow into a massive amount of power, it never played out, but their are flashes.
