Especially, considering the massvie range disparity that other numbers suggest exist between Getz and Nix. That being said, Nix clearly struggles against RHP'S, but would not be out of place in the 9 hole.

Rios is going to be a huge factor for us next year. No need to write him off this early.

It’s difficult for me to temper my disappointment with how this year went, with my enthusiasm for next year, but I ll try to do my best. Losing sucks. It always has, and it always will, but I think it will prove to be worth it. Because with losing came Beckham, Peavy, Rios, Flowers, Hudson, hell even, Nix and Getz. With losing came another year of development for Q, Alexei, Danks, and Floyd, and for all these reasons with losing comes hope. On paper we're going to be the best team in this division. The White Sox are never going to make it easy on us, but it sure as hell is going to be fun.

Ozzie Guillen is a man of his word. He said he'd follow the proper sense of competition and he's seeing this division race to it's end.

IF we sweep the Tigers, i can't help but leave with a good taste in my mouth. Yeah, it sucks about the playoffs. but we're making it next year. Of that, i have no doubt in my mind.
