  1. Pool should be around $6 million. These are very likely still Marco Paddy signings.
  2. I’m wondering if they’ll expose them to waivers and then move on if nobody claims them.
  3. Or what happens in the draft year after a full college season is generally meaningless in regards to who succeeds and who doesn’t. He did struggle in two tiny samples on the Cape though.
  4. It’s really hard to rank non leverage relievers. Palisch is an up and down potential starter. Dalquist and Kelley are def relievers. I don’t know. Ranking 50 guys was difficult
  5. Older undrafted college guy. Just need to see it longer and at higher levels. Guys like him carve in Low A
  6. Different baseball, ABS system and veteran hitters.
  7. Here’s the full top 30 list: https://www.futuresox.net/2025/08/13/futuresox-2025-mid-season-white-sox-c/
  8. I couldn’t justify Bonemer over Carlson in our FutureSox discussions. Bonemer just isn’t the same level of prospect imo. Bonemer has done it at Low A but he’s more similar to Fauske.
  9. Here is 16-30 on FutureSox list: https://www.futuresox.net/2025/08/12/futuresox-2025-midseason-white-sox-pr/
  10. They’re both Paddy guys. Yobal Rodriguez is the first true Keller guy.
  11. A few already have been. I’ll go with Peyton Pallette and Zach Franklin though.
  12. Thanks. That dude is good.
  13. Hey everyone! I's rankings week at FutureSox. The Just Missed List is published today: https://www.futuresox.net/2025/08/11/futuresox-2025-white-sox-midseason-ju/ We also recorded with Jesus Cano of Baseball America last night and he's seen all the guys out in Arizona.
  14. $8.8 billion is a valuation. You can make that argument that they should sell a chunk of the team at that valuation to get capital but how much money do you actually think the family has on hand? It's not $8 billion. Yeah the Bears aren't asking for any money for the actual stadium apparently.
  15. It's puzzling. Big gains from some lower level guys. McDougal has really broken out. Oppor and LaCombe are very interesting with great stuff. Some relievers have popped. Shane Murphy is really good. Hagen has had issues all year. I think Schultz is fine and was mostly struggling due to a knee injury that he was trying to pitch through. AAA is a b****. These guys are one step away from the majors and they use a new baseball and the ABS system for the very first time. The baseballs are inconsistent too. Lots of guys have complained about them. It's supposedly the big league ball though. I do really want to see Schultz and Smith with the big league staff though. I think Katz is very good.
  16. He's topping out at 95 mph. That's not going to work. He was like 95-97 in college and touching 99. Blake Larson looked really good in instructional league according to reports but he had Tommy John surgery in February. He should be in Kannapolis at some point in 2026.
  17. I think some might be surprised where we have Sam Antonacci on midseason list at FutureSox
  18. Well it’s not a miss yet. That’s important to note. Definite red flags though.
  19. The one difference is that Hagen still doesn’t really get hit. His control is atrocious though.
  20. Not just control. His stuff isn’t even good. He’s been a massive disappointment. They passed on really good hitters to take him too.
  21. He won't be on our list at FutureSox next week.
