I hate "Step Up" just as much as I hated "All In".
  2. I know this has been covered extensively in other threads, but I'd trade everyone who isn't named Rodon, Anderson or Fulmer.
  3. QUOTE (harkness @ Jul 4, 2016 -> 04:58 PM) Yesterday Frazier took an outside pitch... and Hawk emphatically stated "I haven't seen him take an outside pitch like that in awhile... that's a great sign" Then in todays game Frazier said he had a bat last night where he saw the ball for the first time in awhile... and thought he was about to get hot. That's the kind of s*** that Hawk has that hardly anyone else does. Dan Bernstein disagrees with you.
  4. I wouldn't be mad if the White Sox were sellers at the deadline. We've all seen this movie before.
  5. QUOTE (BrianAnderson @ Jun 20, 2016 -> 09:10 AM) I heard a stat that Francona has had a +.500 record in 11 straight seasons - but hey, don't worry - you don't need experience. Ask Robin. As much as I love AJ - and I think he could be a good manager. Blunt, honest, firery, smart, been a long, long time catcher - I just don't want the Sox to hire him. Give me someone with experience please. Or a fresh mind set. I'm completely done with this team - like done done. Awful I think AJ as a manager would end up like Matt Williams for the Nationals. It wouldn't take very long for the players to tune him out and make him lose the clubhouse. Lol NOBODY likes AJ... well except for Hawk. Ozzie said it best while he was managing "Everybody hates AJ... we just hate him a little less" ?
  6. QUOTE (pettie4sox @ Jun 14, 2016 -> 10:53 PM) I don't give a f*** it they win tomorrow, s*** can this manager already. They should do it tomorrow. Sale is going and it won't be good to do it after a win.
  7. Does Robin survive past the off day on Thursday? I'm betting he doesn't.
  8. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jun 10, 2016 -> 04:07 PM) Connor McKnight ‏@C1McKnight 1m1 minute ago Chicago, IL Jackson will need surgery. no date scheduled. likely next week. no timetable but minimum six weeks. Webb had TJ surgery. Petricka done 4 yr. Well f***.
  9. What's Jordan Danks up to these days? At least he can catch the ball.
  10. QUOTE (TheTruth05 @ Jun 10, 2016 -> 03:46 PM) Why not Jacob May? If anything just for his glove so Eaton can stay in right I'm thinking it's because they don't want May to be ruined by major league pitching.
  11. I could see Rick Hahn resigning at the end of the season. I bet he feels restricted in the decisions he's allowed to make. And I don't believe it's Kenny Williams who's restricting him... I bet it comes from ownership. KW and RH probably aren't allowed to blow the thing up and start from scratch because JR is worried about people not showing up to the park during the rebuilding seasons.
  12. This has probably already been posted, but still... https://twitter.com/scottlindholm/status/740747126972518400
  13. QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ May 30, 2016 -> 12:39 PM) Looks like we got the strikeout-y version of Quintana today Quintana is really good. I bet they could get a boatload of young talent for him right now. If the White Sox decide to really blow it up and trade everybody, they would instantly have a top notch farm system.
  14. You gotta be kidding me. When I left the bar, we had a 7-1 lead.
  15. This makes me wish that the White Sox had moved to WGN radio instead of WLS. WLS is terrible.
  16. QUOTE (harkness @ May 3, 2016 -> 04:32 PM) Is Buerhle realistically an option? I have mixed emotions about that. God no. Please no.
  17. Jason to me is meh... I miss Hawk. I've never had a problem with Hawk being a "homer". I think the radio broadcast is a MUCH bigger issue. I think its a damn shame that the White Sox are on WLS. Being on a non sports oriented radio station is so awful. At least with the Score (or WCUB) they talk baseball. All you hear on WLS is right wing radio outside of the game broadcasts and White Sox Weekly. Even the pre and post game shows seem short. Any why aren't the pre and post game shows available on the At Bat app? When you try to get the pre and post game shows on the WLS stream, all you get is Steve Dahl podcasts. The Sox being on WLS is awful. I wish they would have gone back to ESPN1000.
