  1. QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Jan 31, 2007 -> 09:58 PM) Wear long socks and pull them up to your thighs then. That is only for special occasions AKA World Series.
  2. QUOTE(witesoxfan @ Jan 31, 2007 -> 06:26 PM) hey bright guy, maybe think about wearing pants next time How about no?
  3. QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Jan 31, 2007 -> 06:18 AM) 4 degrees is really, really cold. Mmmm shorts + 4 degrees = cold. I thought for the first time in my life my hands were actually frost bitten, it was the most ridiculous s*** ever. f*** YOU WINTER
  4. Frazier wants the Spartans to win in the closing minute apparently. Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. We needed that one, ugly as hell but who gives a damn.
  5. QUOTE(qwerty @ Jan 24, 2007 -> 09:36 PM) They are two people i consistently agree with because they are correct a much greater portion than the average person. It is not that they are even correct as much as they make alot of sense. I do not see them pull things out of their ass before they post... studying is involved which i respect. wite not pulling things out of his ass? Since when?
  6. QUOTE(winninguglyin83 @ Jan 24, 2007 -> 07:49 PM) Bears a nice group of thugs and punks, like most NFL teams. Uh? And the Cubs factor is about 1000th on my list of reasons why the WS was incredible.
  7. QUOTE(aboz56 @ Jan 23, 2007 -> 08:45 PM) Given the circumstances, I thought the exchanges were fine by both men. I don't really see where there should be anymore controversy about this. We've all said our piece on it, there's nothing left to say. I don't feel Weber really did anything wrong tonight at all, at least he shook his hand and acted somewhat cordial. What do you expect him to do, stand there and have a 5 minute conversation? Good post. End discussion.
  8. QUOTE(redandwhite @ Jan 23, 2007 -> 08:14 PM) I don't see a reason for him to be upset at Sampson and if Weber is upset at an 18 year old high schooler, then the guy has serious problems that have nothing to do with basketball. Weber is not upset at the 18 year old high schooler. Is your memory short BTW? Weber gave Sampson more of anything than Bill gave to Peyton just 2 days ago.
  9. QUOTE(redandwhite @ Jan 23, 2007 -> 08:10 PM) Both the pregame and postgame handshakes were far worse than anything Belichick has ever done. LMFAO, where's the green? I mean not only is that just wrong, but at least Weber has a motive to be upset.
  10. QUOTE(redandwhite @ Jan 23, 2007 -> 08:06 PM) What a classy performance by Bruce Weber tonight! He shook his hand, what do you want him to do?
  11. QUOTE(aboz56 @ Jan 23, 2007 -> 08:00 PM) I missed it, was there a postgame handshake? Yup, but that was about it. Quick shake. Get your head out your ass Bilas. Obviously Weber wouldn't have turned EJ down, but there would have been communication. Not that hard to understand. But s***, if I hear his name one more time I'm gonna choke someone.
  12. Whew. We needed that like no other. Absolutely huge win. Way to step up defense. Ugly or not, we needed a win and got it.
  13. Doing what we do best, pissing it away. LETS GO BOYS, DIG DEEP
  14. QUOTE(Straycats @ Jan 23, 2007 -> 06:59 PM) My prediction for Erstad stats are Avg 282 Hr's 9 Rbi's 59 I'll try mine... AVG - .192 (77/400) HR - 77 RBI - 77
  15. QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Jan 23, 2007 -> 02:50 PM) Since you guys are discussing it, this is a thought Rex had earlier that I thought was interesting: I guess in the accomplishment sense it works, but as far as anything else...I don't see it.
  16. QUOTE(RockRaines @ Jan 22, 2007 -> 09:40 PM) Why is it bad to have a jersey that other people have. I have an Urlacher and a Payton Jersey, my two fav players. Why is that a bad thing? It's really not, Kalapse is just f***ed up.
  17. QUOTE(whitesoxfan99 @ Jan 22, 2007 -> 03:33 PM) Good chance Brian Randle and Shaun Pruitt won't be playing for Illinois tomorrow. The season from hell
  18. QUOTE(Kalapse @ Jan 22, 2007 -> 07:47 PM) Just because your Mom is willing to drive you around town doesn't mean she counts as a 'license'. That...was awful. I expect much better from you.
  19. QUOTE(Kalapse @ Jan 22, 2007 -> 07:35 PM) You're looking in odd places then (possibly your own subconscious but I don't judge) because I'd say the Harris to Tillman ratio that I have seen is about 10:1 and since you do not have a car and are 13 years old I'm going to assume that I have seen more people than you. The worst jersey to possibly own at this point is probably Hester for two reasons. 1.) You see those damn things everywhere now and 2.) He's not that good of a football player. Everyone knows I've had my license for over a year. 10:1? That is quite an exaggeration. And yes Hester is not a good choice at this time. Of the Bears studs, TH is far and away the most undersold jersey. And you need to get that Mannelly jersey pronto, what a God. http://www.longsnapper.com/index2.shtml
  20. QUOTE(Kalapse @ Jan 22, 2007 -> 07:26 PM) No, no it doesn't. By the end of next season you'll see just as many Harris jerseys as Grossman and you will look like an asshat (in my mind anyway) for wearing such a popular jersey. Harris >>> Tillman as a player but Tillman >>>>>> Harris as a jersey I have seen way more Tillman than Harris jerseys this year. But if it requires looking like an asshat to show my TH man love then I will look like an asshat.
  21. QUOTE(Kalapse @ Jan 22, 2007 -> 07:12 PM) The problem with Tommie Harris is he's an incredibly good player and is only going to get more popular. You're going to see a ton of Harris, Grossman and Urlacher jerseys where ever you go and what's the fun in that? If I'm going to buy a jersey I want it to be somewhat original, a player that I'm not going to see everywhere I go. Just watching the Colts Pats game yesterday like 80% of the crowd was wearing #18 jerseys what's the fun in owning a Manning jersey when every jackass in Indiana has one in their closet? Of course it will get popular, but I would say I have yet to see one in a school of 4000 where I have seen just about everyone else. First on the block counts for something, no?
