  1. AJ gets robbed of an RBI, still gets the job done. Man on 3rd, 1 out.
  2. QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Jul 2, 2005 -> 07:56 PM) Have you forgotten our other 2 big men in Othella Harrington and AD who both played if as good or better than Chandler in the playoffs. You know Tyson out rebounded and out score both AD and Othella right?
  3. Ok offense - don't swing for the God damn fences. You aren't taking this guy deep so don't try.
  4. QUOTE(Reddy @ Jul 2, 2005 -> 07:40 PM) ugh why put 2 backups in? Because our staters can't play everyday.
  5. QUOTE(qwerty @ Jul 2, 2005 -> 02:23 PM) Tell espn that. http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/players/profile?statsId=3820
  6. QUOTE(qwerty @ Jul 2, 2005 -> 02:16 PM) Gordon was top ten in one category for rookies last year wrong
  7. QUOTE(Palehosefan @ Jul 2, 2005 -> 02:11 PM) Honest question about Duhon. Why the fuss over keeping him? He has an atrocious FG and 3PT percentage, and averages a turnover for every 1.75 assists. I admit he is a good rebounding guard, and he plays solid defense, but is he really worth any kind of bidding war if it comes to that? This isn't the usual UNC hatred of a Duke player either, I think Duhon is a good guy and I'm actually rooting for him. Now I think I will go vomit. The defense and the rebounding is key. But also what other rookie point can lead a playoff team. That's God damn impressive. Also his FG% consistanty increased throughout the entire season sans March. I don't think a bidding war will be a problem because Chris is greatful for the chance he got last year and he wants to stay. If we throw 6 mil - 3 years he will take it.
  8. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Jul 2, 2005 -> 02:07 PM) I agree, but my 1 point would be to say that he shouldn't get so much money that it prevents us from signing Curry, Chandler, or Hinrich in the future. He's an important piece of the puzzle, because he might be a better pure point guard (passing) than Hinrich. I would say he will get the LLE or around 6 mil 3 years
  9. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Jul 2, 2005 -> 01:58 PM) 2. Re-sign Duhon if humanly possible. He's a RFA and I don't see Pax letting him go, so we are good there. I love Du too.
  10. QUOTE(ZoomSlowik @ Jul 1, 2005 -> 11:49 PM) Come on, what about that Phil Jackson commercial: "He who leaves before the bell tolls may not be there when the story unfolds." Too tired for that.

    Thanks for doing that Jim. BTW-Anderson doubled and tripled which is nice. Also Guerrero is Wilton
  17. QUOTE(Milkman delivers @ Jul 1, 2005 -> 11:33 PM) If WHarris is right, it's not good. 7-7 is decent, but it makes me think that the team doesn't play as hard when the Count is in there. We know they don't score runs when he pitches. I'm probably just letting my dislike for the guy cloud my judgment, though. I think Buehrle gets less run support and you can't say they don't play hard for Mark.
  18. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jul 1, 2005 -> 11:31 PM) Good. wrong
  19. QUOTE(Milkman delivers @ Jul 1, 2005 -> 11:29 PM) What's the Sox' record when Contreras starts? 7-8 I believe.
