QUOTE (RockRaines @ Mar 2, 2010 -> 09:53 PM) Pretty much any team with size can take them down, or a cold shooting night. They play well against teams that dont have length in the backcourt and dont press much. They are only 6 deep, so really a good team could tire them out pretty easily. A dominant big man would cause alot of problems if Lauderdale got into foul trouble. Yup, foul trouble and cold shooting are clearly the two biggest things to worry about. Regardless, we simply matchup horribly with you guys. Oh well, hopefully we can pull it out this weekend vs. UW -

Ohio State is a team that could legitimately rail almost anyone in the tournament or at the same time lose to a team seeded much lower and significantly less talented. -

BRANDON PAUL IS SO DUMB. Passes up an open look at a 3 (when he will usually jack anything), then proceeds to drive and throw away the ball -

This game's over, I will resume my regularly schedule activity and operate under the assumption we will be tournament-less. -

Cole on Diebler is a much better matchup. Can't let this one get away, just keep getting good looks. Maybe get a 4th on Turner. Do you think Diebler's shoes electrocute him when he steps inside the arch? -

I hate Diebler, good god. Also, embarrassing end to the half for Hightower. Surprised we hung around, don't expect it to last much longer in the 2nd half. -

HAHAHAHA the lack of foul call on that backcourt violation was one of the most ridiculous calls I've ever seen -

Was it posted that Damon got a NTC?

Very frustrating loss. Mccamey has just been awesome to watch of late, he is turning into a hell of a player. Must win game coming up on Tuesday. -
It's not that I think we should drop 8M on Damon, I just get ill thinking of all the Kotsay ABs we're going to have to witness this year

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Feb 18, 2010 -> 01:22 PM) Johnson is a better fit in Chicago and he wants to win. If Johnson goes to New York, he'll be on a s***ty team where he's the star, but they go nowhere. To me the best fits for Chicago are the following: LBJ (DUH, best player in the NBA), Chris Bosh (big man that would be perfect with Rose/Deng), Joe Johnson (perfect 2 guard to put alongside Rose), and than Dwade. I really feel like this team would be an instant championship contender with Bosh/Johnson and that would be almost my ideal off-season. It would be f***ing huge to add those two guys. How do you see us signing both of them though? -

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Feb 18, 2010 -> 01:15 PM) I completely agree. I actually think the three best teams to offer are as follows: Heat - If Wade resigns and they have enough for another max, clearly they would be huge Chicago - Might have 2 max's plus Rose/Noah/Deng; Worse case you have 1 max plus Rose/Noah/Deng/Hinrich. Pretty f***ing solid Clippers - Eric Gordon/Blake Griffin - Griffin will be a stud. Add Baron Davis (who is still solid), Kaman and the ability to offer 1 max and again, very solid Nets - Devin Harris and Lopez are pretty nice pieces, lots of money and a pending move into Brooklyn gives them a pretty big market to play in as well Knicks - Huge market, but all of the above offer that too; s*** for talent to surruond the guys with but lots of money and a top coach. Agreed. It's just truly impossible to predict how the dominoes might fall this summer. As a Bulls fan worse case scenario is Wade+FA in Miami, 2 FAs to NYK. Even if we sign Joe Johnson we don't contend for a title. -

QUOTE (fathom @ Feb 18, 2010 -> 01:13 PM) Do they really need other players to entice free agents? They have the money, the NY media, and the up-tempo coach. They could have a team full of Aaron Gray's, and they'd still be a contender for Free Agents. If they miss out on LBJ, Wade, or Bosh then no matter how much money they throw around they aren't gonna win anything. And they could quite easily miss out on those 3 -

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Feb 18, 2010 -> 01:09 PM) The Knicks really didn't give up that much. They are gonna spend money on two guys no matter what this off-season. It just might not be the 2 they want so either way it isn't as if they will be in a lottery position anyway (so those picks most likely won't be as valuable). The thing is there roster has very little to offer in the way of enticing free agents. What happens if Wade+1 Max go to Miami, LBJ stays in Cleveland, another max to the Bulls, and another max to the Clips. -

Great/risky move by the Knicks. Could end up with a mega tandem or a complete fail and decimated roster. -

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Feb 18, 2010 -> 12:32 PM) The Bulls will probably get Joe Johnson, the key is also getting Bosh, imo. Agreed, but unless another trade is made in the next hour and a half then it becomes unlikely the Bulls could sign two FAs. -

QUOTE (fathom @ Feb 18, 2010 -> 12:27 PM) Lebron and Bosh? Indeed what I was thinking. Bulls could be left out come this summer after all.
