  1. That Moncada kid rips an RBI double to left center field. 4 RBIs on the night.
  2. Gladney with a hard hit double as well. Scores Kath.
  3. Oohwee. Kath with another hard hit double. Same spot as the last one.
  4. Blake Rutherford grand slam?
  5. Not going to venture into the major leauge gamethread tonight. But holy hell I can't stand watching Gavin Sheets do anything.
  6. So Kelley struck out a dude with a nasty changeup. He then gave up a monster bomb.
  7. I will do my best Senpai.
  8. Both Carlos Perez and Wes Kath with almost simultaneous doubles.
  9. 33 pitch first for Kelley. 16 strikes.
  10. I'm a hopeful guy, so I keep tuning in. But they sure do suck the life out of me sometimes.
  11. Kelley can't find the zone. Walks a guy. Then finally finds the zone and gives up a HR.
  12. Martin a bit all over the place in the 1st. He's shown the curve, changeup and obviously the fastball. Gave up a hit and walked a guy but out of it unscathed. For those wondering, his fastball readings (according to the gun) have been all of 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, and 96. But not in that order.
  13. Moncada bomb to right CF.
  14. W-S delayed start due to weather too. No Yolbert tonight for Charlotte. Colas still out as well.
  15. Maybe a bit telling on the personality type, but the Cannon Ballers announcers mentioned interviewing Mena and asking him his biggest baseball influence, and his answer was "myself."
  16. Here's the Mena compilation from yesterday.
  17. Fangraphs on Davis Martin if you missed the prospect list. https://blogs.fangraphs.com/chicago-white-sox-top-28-prospects-2022/
  18. https://www.milb.com/scores/chicago-white-sox/2022-05-06 We have some potentially ugly weather in the North Carolina region, so some of these games could be questionable. Davis Martin making his first Knights start after having a very solid start to the season in Birmingham. Let's hope he can keep it up and be a possible Keuchel alternative.
  19. Sosa walking more, striking out less, and hitting for more power is an interesting development.
