Does anybody here have stats or anything else on Luis Curbelo? I could not find much on the internet, other than his size and where he is from.

Rockies would love to move him. I saw him play a bit last year after the Tulo trade, and he looked like he lost a step. Huge contract, which is yet another tribute to GM's of the world (this case the Mets former GM. Reyes is still at AAA for rehab, with decent enough stats. The Shields trade accomplished two things. It did the Padres a huge favor and it blows approximately $27 Large of Jerry's largess. Presumably, the trade was engineered by Hahn, and he is still employed. Where else, other than MLB, could this happen?
