  1. Jumping forward to the off-season, Jose might ask for another multi-year deal, and Hahn should say No. Then, I gotta wonder if Hahn offers a QO, trying to get a draft pick for Jose, like he did not do for Carlos
  2. Hahn's biggest post season decision will be what to do with Jose, since he will be a free agent.
  3. I made the same observation weeks ago. Half the time the outfielder throws it in lollipop style, the other half the infielder kicks it around. Pros are supposed to at least look good. Nice observation.
  4. Getting free agents to sign here and move to Chicago's South Side is not as easy as it used to be. Murder Capital of the country, etc.
  5. Did you slap the baby or the father?
  6. Baltimore CF Mullin catches that ball in hip pocket.
  7. Well, it finally cost a game. After watching all those great outfield plays by the Orioles last week, Sox butchered two playss that led to all four runs scored against them. Sheets and Robert should have caught those two balls.
  8. Can you imagine Tony as a football Coach? Then he could really play guys out of posituin.
  9. Back in the mid 70's, the White Sox AAA farm team was in Denver for a year or two. They played the games in Mile High Stadium. Denver Bears. Anyway, Tony was their third baseman. I can't remember how he hit, probably not so hot. I'll look it up someday.
  10. I agree. He signed a contract for the season. Scumbag the perfect word.
  11. I thought they lost a first rounder when they signed Dunn.
  12. There are two things I wonder about concerning Yermin. 1. Why didn't he hit better at Charlotte, and 2. Why did Giants claim him?
  13. Dallas Keuchel brought up to start for Dbacks vs Tigers. Sox still on the hook for his $1.5 buyout next year.
  14. Saw that and almost threw up. Lots of old-time baseball players are turning over in their urns.
  15. Sosa struggling now, too.
  16. Just checked out Borrero's stats. They are impressive.
  17. When Tony went to the mound, he actually reminded me of Biden. Took a little hop, jogged for twosteps, trying to look agile
  18. When Sheets went down to Charlotte, I believe he played exclusively at First, where he belongs. Bring him up, stick him in Right Field.
