  1. Crochet = Sale, Robert= Eaton, Fedde = Quintana The Schultz line was in there for a reason. It's not meant to be taken seriously.
  2. But that doesn't repeat history quite as well.
  3. SI has become a content farm. I'm guessing they're paying recent grads peanuts to get a legacy name on the resume after the AI articles flubbed.
  4. Crochet to Baltimore in a Holliday deal. Robert to Phillies for Painter, Abel and Griff McGary Fedde to Red Sox for Marcelo Mayer. Then, in 2032, we get ready to trade Schultz for the #1 prospect.

If I've learned anything, it's that both Pedro and Sox fans have no time for this.
  6. Sir, I am on the keep Crochet/Robert train, but only if Getzy can convince JR to sign his unicorn pitcher. Which, in his defense, is a damn near Herculean task.

I'm convinced @SoCalChiSox willed Wolkow into existence
  8. I will also chime in that the AdEEEEEEEEEEos made me laugh.
  9. Man's gonna make WestEddy and I become allies and I don't know how I feel about that.
  10. I kinda want the Yankees to get Sheets, then he hits some crucial monster s%*# to that right field porch because the NY Post will run a backpage with "HOLY SHEETS" with him photoshopped as an angel or something and they'll be so proud of themselves.
  11. Guys, look at the Dash July 19 merch. I love the company that makes all these goofy ass one-off team brandings.
  12. Not much you can do when Andrew McCutchen summons the power of furries. Doesn't even matter that he wasn't in the lineup.
  13. You're all pitching Fedde + relievers (or Pham), when in all actuality it's gonna be Fedde + dumping Benintendi
  14. It tells me that he ain't a Getz boy. Which means that he's developing on his own. Make Sosa the director of player development.

So it's no Jirschele, but Santos that we're replacing Pedro with?
  16. I think it depends. JR would never do it because he's a cheap ass, but if Crochet were offered a $100M/4 extension, that let's him hit free agency at 29 years old, guarantees generational wealth, but insulates him against possibly losing money if he gets hurt during his two arb years.
  17. Sign Sale. Get Schultz up. Have three tall White Sox lefty unicorns.
  18. There's such a little committed money in the coming seasons that not extending him is pathetic.
  19. For Belle, I was trying to think of someone who has both sets of issues and couldn't think of many. Also TA did have a bad second half of 2022, but had a good WBC + 2023 prior to the injury (roughly a month and a half). Those are small sample sizes, but I still feel like he was heating back up until then. Then it all spiraled.
  20. Like seriously, you can blame off field antics all you want, but how does a leg injury for w dude that relied on his legs get constantly glossed over? It's probably a combo, but it'd be like "Albert Belle's career was derailed due to him being a crazy son of a b****" and ignoring the degenerative hip.
  21. I think it has more to do with him getting injured via a punch to the knee 7 days later and the White Sox being a disaster when it comes to rehabbing injuries than it has to do with Josh Donaldson.
