  1. For what it's worth, Scalia is a Templar. But seriously, the document is well over 200 years old, maybe it shouldn't be taken as literally as people want and viewed in the context of the current times and not the late 1700s?
  2. QUOTE (DukeNukeEm @ Dec 29, 2012 -> 03:30 AM) Wanna make a quick buck? Buy a spent AT4. Its an anti-tank launcher, you can pick up used ones for like $50 from crazy surplus dudes. After its first (and only) use its completely harmless. Go to a gun buyback and sell it, you'll get $200. Rise, wash, repeat. If Chicago ever has a gun buyback I'm going to do this. The idiocy of liberals and their failed ideas sometimes work out.
  3. QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Dec 28, 2012 -> 09:41 AM) Rowand don't know, Rowand only pawn in game of life.
  4. QUOTE (farmteam @ Dec 28, 2012 -> 02:08 AM) ? Up 49-19. UCLA scores a touchdown to end the game 49-26. He thinks they didn't get in, so he was pissed off and yelling and trying to call a timeout so he could challenge it before time expired. He then was all mad looking after they didn't let him.
  5. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Dec 27, 2012 -> 12:16 PM) It's funny how differently PEDs and other drugs are looked upon in football & baseball. People are congratulating Sherman for not getting suspended, while so many are anti-Ryan Braun. You can kill someone in football and it's OK if you can still tackle or score.
  6. QUOTE (Andrew @ Dec 28, 2012 -> 12:03 AM) What are you saying? Just be direct. Would the Sox consider retiring AJ's number? I personally feel that he falls just a little shy of having it retired.
  7. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Dec 27, 2012 -> 02:13 PM) Well, since you didn't bother providing a source, I went through to the Google to see if there was a new statement on the rifle posted from the last 24-48 hours. I certainly couldn't find one. There was, of course, an incorrect report from the first 24-48 hours after the massacre that the shooter had left the assault rifle in the car. This was incorrect, and once the autopsy statements came forward that was made clear. The weapon that was left in the trunk of the car, based on previous, repeated police reports, was the shotgun that he also brought. The shooter carried 3 weapons with him into the building, leaving the shotgun in the car. According to all statements from the authorities I could find. the assault rifle was the weapon of choice. This was confirmed by the medical examiner and by police. Since you did not provide any link to any new source reporting that the previous statements on record by officials investigating the murders were incorrect, nor did you provide any reason why a ME might have mistaken small arms wounds for those by an assault rifle, I'm going to assume you're simply going off the initial reports which said that the rifle was left in the car, reports which turned out to be inaccurate.
  8. Question: Does #12the retired? I feel like AJ is close, but falls short.
  9. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Dec 27, 2012 -> 11:26 AM) The dentist is getting slammed on Yelp with tons of negative reviews. Gotta love social media since being a total jag bag comes back to bite you.
  10. QUOTE (bmags @ Dec 27, 2012 -> 10:30 AM) When you are in a mall in Sacramento, you let people know. /on hotel wi-fi.
  11. So at a mall in Sacramento today, security ran down the hall pushing people out of the way an panic ensued. People said there was a gun, at least a dozen squad cars showed up, and a helicopter. There was a large fight in a store and someone said they heard/saw a gun, but no gun was confirmed later. I think that if someone in the mall had a gun in that mall, there was a high chance that they started shooting and it break down from there.

  14. When I almost offed myself last year it was because I felt like I was a useless burden to everyone. Fortunately, I was able to hang in the balance long enough for my friends to help me. It wasn't because I was selfish and just wanted to end it. I didn't. I thought it was what was best for everyone else.
  15. QUOTE (DukeNukeEm @ Dec 22, 2012 -> 03:55 AM) Nah, you just make the whites feel really guilty about something that happened 150 years ago and exploit that to funnel a bunch of money into the drug trade and housing projects. When that system implodes and gives us places like contemporary Chicago (aka a f***ing war zone) you won't blame the policies that disarmed good citizens and acted as a stimulus check for gangs. But as long as it furthers the expansion of The State, which is about the only god you're willing to tolerate our kids being indoctrinated with at your mind control camps, innocuously referred to as public schools. Also, you brought up identity politics. I didn't, so don't get all whiny on me. Holy hell you were being serious.
  16. QUOTE (Reddy @ Dec 21, 2012 -> 06:54 PM) Greatest. Post. Ever. POTY contender? I'm biased, but nothing will ever beat J4L's transcript of him calling DCSF.
