  1. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jan 23, 2012 -> 09:26 AM) http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/fact-c...40Y6K_blog.html Well damn.
  2. To Ozzie: "jajajajajajaja" Marlins will flounder against the sea of Phillies, Braves, and Nats. Puns intended.
  3. QUOTE (greg775 @ Jan 23, 2012 -> 12:58 AM) Are you guys saying you are glad Mark is gone? How could anybody take that position? Ohmyf***inggod. FIND ONE PERSON WHO SAID "I AM GLAD MARK BUEHRLE IS NO LONGER A WHITE SOX PLAYER."

    The Tank

QUOTE (mcgrad70 @ Jan 22, 2012 -> 09:51 PM) He will be starting for a second division team...that assessment is spot-on What is a second-divison team? AAA? NCAA Division II?
  5. QUOTE (Princess Dye @ Jan 22, 2012 -> 09:42 PM) Yeah I mean I really hated when he helped end that 88 year drought, that was awful
  6. QUOTE (Princess Dye @ Jan 22, 2012 -> 09:29 PM) Oney would've hated us drafting this guy. For a variety of reasons. Starting with his athleticism! And he's black.
  7. When did Eli Manning and Alex Smith become cold-blooded killers?
  8. QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Jan 22, 2012 -> 07:43 PM) Dunn, Viciedo, Flowers, and maybe even Ian Gac I guess. Alexei has.....Eduardo Escobar. Besides a 1B is 100x easier to replace than a SS. No. Dunn is a DH. Viciedo IS IN RIGHT FIELD. NO MORE MOVING. Flowers is our only non-AJ catcher. Ian Gac? Eduardo Escobar and Tyler Kuhn make more sense than any of the four you said.
  9. QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Jan 22, 2012 -> 07:32 PM) Alexei has NO immediate organizational depth behind him, Konerko does. Paulie does?

    Mayo Clinic

My family went there (the one in Rochester) all the time for major things until insurance covered Barnes-Jewish instead. They diagnosed my grandmother's ALS early enough to make life a little easier for her. My dad had numerous surgeries there. In my opinion it's the best of the best all around, though you can still find equally as great individuals in Chicago. I wanted to go there for a diagnosis when I had a mystery blackout three years ago, I wanted to go there but couldn't and got OK but not great service from Barnes-Jewish.
  11. Bravo J4L. As far as I'm concerned, the last three months of this man's life were hell and he fell about as far as you can fall. He paid his price for his f*** up. Just waiting for Sandusky and McQueary to pay their price.
  12. I really wish the Bears had ponied up for Boldin. It was what? A 3rd round pick?

    SOPA

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jan 22, 2012 -> 05:03 PM) If people steal a cancer drug that is on copyright, but it keeps them alive, is that a bad thing? That was a stupid argument and I've been agreeing with you.
  14. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Jan 22, 2012 -> 02:27 PM) Yes, RIP indeed. This was a good man, great coach who had a big lapse in judgement and acknowledged that. Hopefully the true culprits, the one who committed the acts and the one who actually SAW a crime taking place, get what's coming to them. J4L my friend, this is your best post. And Sandusky is one of the worst humans alive. Paterno would most likely be alive and getting ready to die in peace if not for him.
  15. QUOTE (Alpha Dog @ Jan 22, 2012 -> 03:52 PM) Even if she can't do the job anymore (thru no fault of hers)? How would ineffective representation of her district be worthy of respect? This. It's probably really hard to do your job after being shot in the head. I'm sure there are mental blocks she has to overcome.

    SOPA

I'd like to point out that SOPA is mainly defending the RIAA. Who are a bunch of dicks.
  17. Balta or SS2k5 Finally, GEOLOGY! Happy Birthday my friend!
  18. Now, I'm SS2k5. "Point 1"
  19. I shall honor Balta the only way I know how.
  20. QUOTE (SoxAce @ Jan 22, 2012 -> 02:59 AM) Hell no. That is JoeCoolMan24. Hell, he has his damn name on his sig if you hadn't noticed.
