  1. Am I the only person on this board who thought Stewart looked good in his starts and wants to see him at least developed as a starter (I know you do Balta, just hyperbolizing)?
  2. QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Dec 28, 2011 -> 05:24 PM) Sox need for a starter far outweighs their need for a corner OFer. Touche.
  3. I wish we could have gotten Reddick and a piece. Damnit.
  4. QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Dec 28, 2011 -> 01:16 AM) I stopped when you suggested Humber could or would put up a 1.00 WHIP next year. If any of you recall, it was me (and maybe J4L?) who were the ONLY two people who welcomed and thought he would be a decent pitcher for us, and I STILL am not that optimistic about Humber. I think he is due for a regression, and AT BEST, he repeats his very solid 2010 proformance. J4L notoriously thought Humber would provide maybe half a good inning at best. Though honestly, his case made more sense then what really happened.
  5. QUOTE (Kalapse @ Dec 27, 2011 -> 06:37 PM) meh No post summarizes him more. Happy birthday my fellow Q.
  6. I really wish those Saints had gone perfect and f***ed Miami up. Drew Brees is awesome.
  7. QUOTE (Felix @ Dec 27, 2011 -> 09:22 AM) He played pretty well last night off the bench. I only watched the first half, but he had some quality minutes for the Warriors. I was being literal. He looks like a man-chicken.
  8. Was at the game. Scalabrine did a 360 dunk in warm ups. Bulls looked out the entire game, until the last five minutes, then they suddenly became great. Ronnie Brewer needs to make damn free throws. I hate Kwame Brown. Also, he looks like a chicken.
  9. QUOTE (greasywheels121 @ Dec 26, 2011 -> 08:56 AM) When I saw this yesterday, I took it as a sign that the show will be back.
  10. QUOTE (greg775 @ Dec 26, 2011 -> 11:03 AM) Why was your license suspended? Be careful with your newfound license freedom. John Law is always out there. Merry Christmas one and all. I'm at Midway Airport right now, terminal B in case anybody wants to come and punch me for my years on Soxtalk. I can even buy you a meal in the foodcourt.
  11. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Dec 25, 2011 -> 07:10 PM) DeAndre Jordan, Serge Ibaka, JaVale McGee, Joakim Noah. Which one doesn't belong? Noah is second-tier caliber athletic. Ibaka's a PF? And Jo is athletic, just not great leaping ability or ways people normally thinl of athletic.
  12. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Dec 25, 2011 -> 04:24 PM) Team ****heads built a 35 point lead in this game, and yet Bosh, Wade, and James were all still on the court with 3:00 left. They finally sat down and Dallas's reserves cut a 20 point lead to 11 in those 3 minutes. There's what, 65 more to go? The Heatles will be dead tired.
  13. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Dec 25, 2011 -> 03:01 PM) Chandler will never be in the stratosphere of any KG, old or new. Chandlers offensive game consists of putbacks and alley oops, KGs offensive game is on a completely different level. Defensively you can bring up some comparisons, but that's where it stops. I should have said defensively with their current forms. Then same stratosphere, but KG still owns him.
  14. QUOTE (DrunkBomber @ Dec 25, 2011 -> 02:28 PM) I heard Magic Johnson compare him to Kevin Garnett earlier. Thought that was kind of interesting. In 2000, Tyson was "Baby KG" and Curry was "Baby Shaq" And Chandler isn't in the same stratosphere as old KG. Unless the comparison was current KG.
