If they got this guy, Rios will be on waivers if he isn't already. I wonder if they would tell Rios not to show up anymore? With Jake Peavy, that 6 man rotation can change to 5 over night. I don't think the Cardinals want to take on a lot more payroll. Isn't Pujols' contract up soon? Outside of a pitcher, I can't see any other outside players with a lot of potential ever reaching their in this organization.
