Our farm system is pretty horrible when it comes to fundamentals with pitchers.

I have no problem with him. He's there for his glove. There's enough guys where his bat is not necessary.

I wouldn't put all of my faith in a guy who has only played one season of pro ball. If he gets hurt it could be long term. Meanwhile I'm starting to dislike or get frustrated with this team because of all of the injuries.

I'm not sure this will happen in my lifetime.

I know everyone is gitty because of Kimbrel's AL performance was terrible. So they trade a guy who hasn't really faced AL hitters for a guy who hasn't faced AL pitchers. NL players don't have much success in a Sox uniform so I guess the expectations if for defense. Sox have bad luck with career NL players. Hahn's trades rarely work. You hope that will change someday. I would have preferred some ready to play prospects but that is long term thinking.

I'm not a fan of Katz. Many of our pitchers had nice K counts but easily done after 6. The pen was a mental breakdown and this team surrendered a lot of 8 inning leads.

Like improve the ability to catch a baseball........
