Dunn is 30 right? So that puts him at a still 'respectable' age going back into Free Agency (3 year deal > 33 years old), which is something he might prefer rather than a 6 year deal which would put him at Jermaine Dye status, something a lot of players who are defensively lacking might not want to endure

not happy, unless hudson isnt part of the deal OR we extend Dunn for at least 3 years

Am I in the minority that doesnt think Dunn alone makes this team a WS contender? I really am opposed to giving up Hudson for a 4 month rental

It's a shame we'd have to offer up Hudson + probably somebody like Rethorford, for a rental player Dunn is a guy we should've paid for in the offseason, it's not hard to see what his power numbers would look like in the Cell

one thing that i've learned about the sox is that they are a fragile team mentally, and i knew (well I had a good feeling) that there was a great chance we would lose back to back games, especially with Mark pitching... who the Royals seem to just manhandle with MVP candidates Bloomquist and Aviles in the lineup maybe it was just the thought that maybe the american league could slow them down and they were all thinking about the AL vs NL bulls*** that the media has been throwing out there the past two weeks, maybe they let it get to them and they got TBS that Rongey always talks about have to win these next two games, hopefully they're against pitchers we've f***ing seen before
