  1. QUOTE (fathom @ May 17, 2011 -> 08:38 PM) At what point would you qualify him as a bust? I know you're much more lenient than a lot of us. my heart tells me he's already bust status, and i wrongly think with my heart a bit too much when it comes to sports (i'm sure a lot of you saw me post some stupid s*** in the bulls thread that i regret) but my brain tells me his 2nd half last year tells me he can't be a bust yet BRENT!
  2. QUOTE (fathom @ May 17, 2011 -> 08:24 PM) So yeah, what happened to Danks' stuff? How's his velocity this year statistically comapred to last year? And this 6 man rotation is sure paying off, as almost everyone's looked less sharp. dude it's not his velocity, he has lost command on all of his pitches how many times does Danks start a game, facing the first hitter of the game, and throw ball 1? he can't even throw strike f***ing 1 to the first hitter of the game, this is either lack of preparation, or something else causing his command to fade
  3. this team will see less than 20k, per game this summer, hell maybe even less than that what a joke this organization is
  4. Something tells me Viciedo will be traded soon to the Orioles for Brian Roberts! kinda green
  5. QUOTE (flavum @ May 17, 2011 -> 01:14 PM) Purchased the contract of Dallas McPherson. LOL
  6. QUOTE (bucket-of-suck @ May 16, 2011 -> 08:45 PM) Beckham in May - 297/.357/.459 Good call. sample size, good call
  7. QUOTE (fathom @ May 16, 2011 -> 08:45 PM) You're an easy out when you can't hit the inside fastball up and the low outside slider. right now he's the easiest hitter in our lineup to setup for the strikeout, he honestly cannot understand what pitchers are doing to him right now, it's so obvious how the league is pitching to Beckham, the most basic way to strike a hitter out. they're changing the hitters eye level, hard high, slow down and he falls for it every. f***ing. time.
  8. Is Beckham the biggest bust of all the top 10 picks in the 2008 draft? Horrible baseball player. Someone forgot to tell the Sox front office that you have to be able to swing a bat in order to stay in the big leagues. Gordon forgot how the baseball bat works
  9. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ May 15, 2011 -> 07:18 PM) lol Youre a joke. U mad bro? Get some tissues
  10. lol, what is that 5 turnovers already? what a joke
  11. Miami gets their points so f***ing easily There's your X factor: Talent
  12. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ May 14, 2011 -> 03:08 AM) I never said that. But you're insistence that every team the Bulls have played this season is better than them and more talented than them has just been mind boggling to say the least. Way to make s*** up, good game bro! I said the Hawks would win in 6 after hearing about Rose having a grade 2 sprain in his ankle, I thought the injury was legit. It ended up being nothing as it didn't affect his ability to drive, pivot, or do anything to limit his mobility But keep doing what you do, if it helps you validate your own reasoning for why picking the Heat (which, let me get you in on this little known secret: The Heat are favored to win the series) is as foolish as you make it sound
  13. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ May 14, 2011 -> 02:15 AM) Only fair, since it started for LeBron in his 4th season. But seriously, 1 through 2, of course the Heat are more talented. 3 through 10, the Bulls are WAAAAY more talented. Not sure if you realize it, but you just validated my point! Thanks!
  14. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ May 14, 2011 -> 01:03 AM) Fans are allowed to be negative. It's just hilarious when some fans are so freaking wrong about their team, or just the league in general. because the Heat aren't as talented as the Bulls, right? :lolhitting
  15. i had it either going heat in 5, or bulls in 7 but i could see it going heat in 6 too the bulls are a cute team with their grindiness and effort style of play, but the heat are just better from a talent standpoint and that's what wins series in the NBA playoffs, talent bulls could win the series but if you're actually putting money on this series, no way you go with chicago, if you do and the bulls do pull it off, congratulations, you've won some money it would be sweet if the bulls win in like 5 or 6, that would be epic
  16. QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ May 13, 2011 -> 11:43 PM) I just learned Sergio's nickname in middle school was The Wizard. Thoughts on a nickname of The Wiz? The Wizard? Nobody beats him?
  17. Korver throwing up bricks and wasting shots, Joakim making ridiculous turnovers and fouls

  22. Thornton will get another BS, and people will be making excuses "THE WIND WAS SWIRLING IN LEFT CENTER, THERE'S NO CHANCE RIOS CATCHES THAT KNUCKLER."
