Time for a rebuild. Draft a QB this year or next year and some offensive linemen and start over!

The Bears may need to start exploring trading some of their assets to get some draft picks because the team isn’t going to go very far. Might as well sell some pieces off now and get some value from them.

I agree, I think they view Dalton as a low risk high reward move. If it doesn’t work out at least they have him as a mentor to whoever they select in the draft. I think Foles is going to get traded.

If I were the Bears, I would try to trade one or two of their top defensive players and maybe Anthony Miller for a top pick so they can draft one of the top QB’s and than find a way to not trade the 20th pick and use it on an offensive lineman. That may be wishful thinking but also quite possible.

After thinking about it some more, I’m having a hard time seeing this as the only move they will make for a QB. They are only committing to one year of Dalton. If they viewed him as a long term option, they would’ve offered him more years. They would still need to go out and get a QB next year or draft one this year. I think they may actually have something else up their sleeve.

Well anyways, the team will probably be blown up next year or the year after that. They are now going to waste all the prime years of their defense because they couldn’t correct the holes on offense. What a waste of time. Ridiculous!

Lets be realistic, all the Bears needed to do was invest more in their offensive line but they didn’t do that and now look where they are at. They are so far behind that they now have to possibly draft a QB and offensive lineman. Trubisky might have had a better chance if he had a better line to work with. Watch, now he is going to go to a different team with a better offensive line and is going to light it up.

The Bears always get there QB. Might as well sign Alex Smith while they are at it.

Add Yoelqui Cespedes and possibly Oscar Colas if we sign him, to this team in a year or two watch out.

I would think this is the last opportunity for Rodon and Lopez. If they don’t produce this year they are gone. They have been given plenty of chances.
