  1. Hopefully this will speed things up in relief pitcher market.
  2. Do you think he’s the new MLB Executive Burner? His tweets are kind of similar in a way.
  3. Yeah but they already have Kenley Jansen. Unless they are thinking about trading him.
  4. The logo on the right kind of looks like part of the Blue Jay but I can’t tell. The catcher is definitely wearing blue.
  5. Which spring training site or training facility is he pitching at? I’m guessing the photo was taken this year.
  6. Wouldn’t surprise me that a team like the Astros jump into the bidding. Texas doesn’t have a state income tax.
  7. For some people it’s creates suspense but for some people they just want something to happen already. To be fair though, COVID did have an effect on this offseason but MLB really needs to find a way to strike a balance.
  8. When did I ever say that those accounts have never been wrong? Maybe it’s because I post their tweets on here a lot but I post that stuff to give you guys information or something to talk about. Not to gain attention. Those guys have been wrong before in the past. NSC was wrong at the trade deadline. Even Al’s and Portillos have been wrong on some stuff. I agree that some of the information they post is pretty crazy and sometimes I wonder where they come up with it but most of it has been informative.
  9. Ok so how do you want to settle it than? I’m honestly not here to gain attention but it appears that’s how I’m perceived.
  10. Ok listen here buddy, why don’t you login in to twitter and ask him who he really is instead of making false accusations.
  11. How many times do I have to keep explaining myself that I’m not him? Lol. My post was just my opinion and what I think is going to happen.
  12. We’re not done. Why do people think we’re staying pat for the rest of the offseason. Lol
  13. If we miss out on Hendriks oh well. There are plenty of other closers on the market that are just as capable.
  14. It doesn’t say anywhere that he’s more comfortable in Toronto but Al’s tweeted that he is going to base his decision on comfort so that leads me to believe that he will choose Toronto based off everything I have posted in regards to his wife being from Canada, him playing for the Blue Jays already and the Spring Training facility being close to his home in Florida. It just makes sense for him to sign there but who knows.
  15. It certainly can be a ploy but I think it has a lot to do with where he sees himself most comfortable at.
  16. I hope that I’m wrong but I think he’s going to sign with Toronto because of the comfortability thing; he’s played with Toronto before, his wife is from Canada and the Blue Jay’s spring training facility is close to their home in Florida. All that alone is enough. The money thing will not be a factor but the Blue Jays may have even offered a little bit more or will do so and at that point it’s a no brainer for him.
  17. Makes sense but there are a lot of factors to consider when moving to a different city. It can be a very difficult decision to make.
