  1. I agree with this. They need to prioritize a TOR ace first and than fill out the rest of their roster needs. They don’t need all-stars at every position. It will be interesting to see who they try to sign.
  2. Huh? I don’t know what you have been watching the last several years. Lol
  3. Some people still have their panties in a bunch over the Sox not extending the QO to Rodon. Lmao ?
  4. They aren’t going to bring him back. They’ve moved on.
  5. I’m thinking someone like Ketel Marte or anyone similar. Someone that can provide some athleticism.
  6. Why did Rick Hahn say this in the interview with Kap this morning than? “I’d caution against saying he’s moving on. I’ve already talked with Boras and Rodon. We know we won’t have him back for 1 at 18. It made a little more sense to shoot for a longer deal with him or someone else. His days as a White Sox might not be over. “We saw what he can do when he’s 100% healthy” They most likely have the medicals on the guy and they have already talked to his agent so I think they actually already know he isn’t 100 percent healthy by just this statement alone. He isn’t worth the $18.4 at that point than.
  7. It’s not that bad as it appears. If Keuchel has a bounce back year, which he has done so in the past and Cease takes another step forward than we’re one of the best rotations in the league.
  8. It’s going to be a long offseason with all this complaining. Lol
  9. This team is toast! We should just blow this team up. The sky is falling! Ahhhhh!
  10. https://www.nbcsports.com/chicago/white-sox/white-sox-carlos-rodon-hits-open-market-without-qualifying-offer This article really highlights a couple of Hahn’s quotes from the presser in regards to Carlos. Watch the video and read the quotes below. If you really analyze what he said, Hahn gives clues into what they were leaning towards. The second quote is like dead giveaway so it shouldn’t have surprised anyone that he wasn’t extended the QO. Quote #1: “Obviously this isn’t our first foray into free agency with Carlos. We had a similar situation … last offseason when we had an interest in bringing him back and were able to work it out then, as well. We’ll see how the market unfolds. He’s coming from a much better position, which we all benefited from over the course of the ’21 season. Quote #2: “He met (his longstanding) potential, and now obviously he has the benefit of exploring his free-agent options.”
  11. If you really think about it, isn’t it a coincidence that this story is out there and it corresponds with them not offering Rodon the QO today? Just saying.
  12. It’s laughable if anyone thinks Rodon is a TOR starter after having one good year. He didn’t even pitch 5 innings in the playoffs. Lol
  13. Your correct about this. I think this is the more likely scenario. Maybe they are thinking of switching off Kopech and Keuchel as the 5th starter and use one of them in long relief if the other one is starting or they are thinking of trading Keuchel. There are some options there.
