  1. It's amazing how some people can't help but let others to live rent free inside their heads instead of just moving on with their lives like normal people.
  2. If you can, give this a read from Feagan: https://theathletic.com/3950274/2022/11/29/jose-abreu-arrives-in-houston-white-sox/
  3. Color me shocked Jose didn’t like Jerry’s offer of a Jelly of the Month subscription. Some say it’s the gift that keeps on giving.
  4. I don’t know how anyone could be with that drop off in the power department. If he fails to top 20 HR’s, I’d be really concerned as an Astros fan. His slugging was barely over .400 for Aug/Sept/Oct.
  5. Jerry’s way has never been for better.
  6. I stood and cheered for each one. Doesn’t Jerry absolutely loath the Astros? I hope Jerry gets the shits the rest of this night because he’s so upset he signed with them.
  7. Pretty sure there are no rules that prevent you from positioning your OF in whatever way you want.
  8. What if the Sox move on from Kopech? I know Gio makes the most sense to move on from but Kopech could be used to net a younger piece.
  9. I’m sure Jerry’s arrogant prick ass absolutely makes decisions like that.
  10. Former Reds OF. Think of a more athletic Adolfo. Power and a gun for an arm but can’t hit.
  11. Could you even imagine Moncada in the New York atmosphere? Holy hell would that be a shitshow.
  12. Not thrilled with a potential Wong addition with a limited payroll. Last thing I’d want to see if them giving up actual value to make the Brewers pay most of that contract.
  13. All true, but they cannot go into next season with him as the 1A plan in the minors if/when someone goes down. Make him earn the call up.
  14. Not only that, but do we really think Bellinger has any interest in coming to the Sox? If half the league is in on him, we all know the Sox aren't providing him the best offer, so he's literally have to choose to play here. I see zero reason Chicago would top his list other than pot being legal.
  15. IMO, yes. I get why some on here like him, but even BA considers him a 4th OF'er. That's why I don't consider trading Hendricks unless the Sox are A) blowing it up or B) out of the race at the deadline.
  16. Good luck Hahn, no chance he can find a OF AND SP for $7.5M a piece. Even trading prospects, they still can't add to much with whomever they acquire.
  17. As bad as his bat has been, there are going to be a lot of teams interested here.
