  1. Just google post-covid symptoms and check out the CDC or Mayo Clinic. Fatigue is a quite common lingering side effect, even in young adults and can last for several months. Link: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/coronavirus/in-depth/coronavirus-long-term-effects/art-20490351
  2. Because people can’t experience different symptoms? Plenty of cases with healthy individuals struggling post-virus With fatigue and cognitive function.
  3. Certainly seems like the Sox are standing pat.
  4. Hahn has to have something up his sleeve. Don’t mortgage the future, but there still has to be some type of improvement he can make that helps now and in the future.
  5. If the Sox have a deal, I would think MIL makes the most sense. IDK if I believe the Woodruff rumors, but I bet it’s one of their starters and a pen arm.
  6. I didn’t think you could on Twitter. I believe you can on Instagram.
  7. I'm not saying he isn't talented. What I'm saying is I could totally see why the Sox would trade him for someone who can help the team this year and all of next year. IMO, Kopech has become a piece for 2022-onward and is more in the realm of the Stiever, Thompson, Dalquist, Crochett, and Kelley group. That doesn't mean he doesn't have any future value, but I do think it might make him more expendable for the FO, especially because there are quite a few questions surrounding him at the moment.
  8. Should is the key word there. And even if he looks ready to go, he's going to be on some sort of limit. They aren't going to throw him out there with a normal workload expectation. I don't think you can count on Kopech for 2021, and I'm that's coming from a big fan of his.
  9. I think it's more likely the Sox have too many guys passing him and can't really wait on him to arrive. Kopech is going to need to be eased into starting after such a long layoff. I think we'd be lucky to see him next year. That might be more beneficial for a retooling or rebuilding team than the Sox who need more absolute certainties.
  10. Well, we have a name "confirmed." Guess we'll see how this plays out if it's true or not.
  11. Looks like Preller is human after all. What a terrible deal for the Padres IMO. How does this put you over the top exactly?
  12. If you like no-hit baseball by your team's pitcher, yes.
  13. He can't be traded until after the World Series. They amended the rule because of the Trea Turner trade back in 2015.
  14. I believe they said he was going to be limited like his last start.
  15. Sign me up for Lynn and Gallo if that's a realistic possibility.
  16. Usually the quieter it is, the better it ends up working out. I'd expect the Sox will do something.
  17. I heard they really want Christian Vazquez on the Red Sox.
  18. Got a feeling Dunning is the main piece being moved for any SP upgrade.
  19. I really hope if Stiever is moved, it would be for someone younger. He's a future top 100 guy. Something is really unsettling to me that he'd be moved for a pitcher as old as Lynn.
  20. I’d say to opposite. Basabe has struggled the past 3 years and doesn’t look like anything more than a 4th OF type player IMO. The guy can’t hit RHP. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t have tools to be something more, but looking at his stats/splits in Birmingham, he’s expendable. He was quickly falling off the top prospect rankings across multiple sites. These types of players grow on trees. Sox probably tried to sneak him through and another team took a chance.
