Back up the truck-whose talking about trading Sale and Abreu. The focus was on Alexi who will be turning 33 years old in September and his value will never be this high again

I really hope Alexei is being discussed. Pretty much the only player with decent value they would move.

He's at his peak value, I so hope we trade him. Can get a nice return for him. What worries me they will keep him due making Abreu feel more comfortable in the clubhouse .

If they are making a move with Anderson it will be to 2B. Way too valuable and talent wise to give up on him in the infield. Also, on Danish reliever all the way. I can't see him holding up at all as a starter. Everybody is very high on him, but I'm the opposite. I have him in the 10-15 range as a prospect. I think his ceiling is very limited. Velocity of his fastball falls way down as his pitch count goes up. Drops to 86-90 mph after 50+ pitches.

Also if the Sox had any aptitude for fixing players swings, Gettys would be awesome. All the other tools are bonkers.

Trea Turner should be out of the running at #3. Positives are speed and defense, but way too many flaws as a hitter. Has a very awkward swing that will not generate any power. Not a fan of Turner.

An international draft is inevitable either way. The Sox should employ the exact same strategy the Yankees intend to do. Hahn has been making comments about all the money that they are putting towards the international talent maybe he wasn't just alluding to Abreu.
