Well think of what he was trying to do in basketball. Attempting to throw as much money around as possible to get players but there's constraints in basketball that just don't let you do that. Unless MLB is implementing a salary cap anytime soon we could see them in a whole new section of the free agent market in short order.

NBA has a salary cap. MLB doesn't. Thatt's a big difference and why the comparison doesn't matter.

This is great news. 4 years isn't long and they'll have access to funds it sounds like. I'm expecting this ball club to atleast be alot better by 2027.
