Rick Hahn pretty much said that they wont be signing any pitcher like Santana or Garza. We just need to sit tight and wait for the international free agency period. You can blow plenty of money there.

Bruce basically reiterating what we already know. Dont rule any of the teams out because Tanaka and his agent are basically on lock down.
