Bruce basically reiterating what we already know. Dont rule any of the teams out because Tanaka and his agent are basically on lock down. Says money not the ultimate deciding factor for Tanaka....points to Fukudome. Problem with Cubs upping the bid is they may be bidding against themselves. Like Texas did with Darvish.
