  1. QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 18, 2012 -> 11:37 PM) 7-3 since Austin Jackson returned, but it's been against some crappy teams. They have a 10 game road trip coming up at Pit, Texas and Tampa. Hopefully they don't win more than 4 on that trip. The one time Ill actually root for the Rangers to win
  2. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Jun 18, 2012 -> 11:27 PM) Right now, you'd have to say the Tigers are still the favorites. If they can keep Fister healthy and get Smyly back from the blister, and get Avila back 100%, they're going to be a tough out...no matter how bad Valverde's been pitching. However, if Peavy keeps pitching like this and the team starts to fall out of, you see what you can get for him and use the 2nd half to audition virtually everyone in AA/AAA for next season. That also gives you a better idea of what to do with Gavin Floyd. i dont have to say the Tigers are the favorites. They arent playing well at all. No one is right now in the Al Central.
  3. QUOTE (joeynach @ Jun 18, 2012 -> 11:05 PM) Wonder how long hes been pitching with it. PitchFX showed his velocity down all year, I have been checking. Basically down 1-3 MPH across the board. This could be the culprit...shut him down, this team ain't going no where anyway. Not even at the break and your calling the season already. Were in 1st place btw
  4. I dont think the season...but certainly until the second part of the season.
  5. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Jun 18, 2012 -> 09:28 PM) I don't know why the Sox would hold out releasing the results just because they were bad. The person evaluating the MRI probably wasn't available to evaluate. Its not unusual for it to take 24 hours. KW was on the pregame show, and unless he's a real great actor, he appeared to not know the result. He said he thinks its general soreness, that Danks said he was feeling better and the MRI wasn't taken because they suspect something wrong, it was just to cover all the bases. Well it wasnt general soreness
  6. Yeah Im wondering how they completely missed that on the MRI. Glad he went to another doctor today. No surgery but sounds like a ton of rehab.

  8. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jun 18, 2012 -> 09:10 PM) Obviously depends on what you pay, but the lower 100 level seats are all good. If you sit in the 200 level, don't go past like row 8 or 9, you might got stuck behind a pole or too far under the overhang. The 400 level is pretty good between the bases, the rest of the upper deck sucks. Yeah the really cheap ones are the upper decks.
  9. LittleHurt or anyone else can you please tell me which are the best seats at Wrigley?
  10. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jun 18, 2012 -> 08:47 PM) His OPS in june is .440. Hudson is at .585 with the Sox. Youkilis has been awful since last July. Good god thats horrible
  11. QUOTE (chw42 @ Jun 18, 2012 -> 08:41 PM) He's the Greek God of Walks. Something tells me he'll be looking at a ton of pitches. Its pretty clear to me that his bat would be a huge upgrade. Hudson isnt cutting it right now.
  12. I dont think Kevin Youkillis would stare at a fastball down the middle for strike 3 with 2 men on base. But thats just me.
  13. Well that HR would have been nice if we didnt give up 3 HRs
  14. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jun 18, 2012 -> 08:21 PM) StubHub is your friend Indeed it is...I dont even know why I didnt look on there yet. I used it for my Tenacious D tickets the other day.
