    I just found it amusing you put potential all star next to every prospect. That goes for another player in the league. Half or more of those prospects won't be all stars. We're at the point were they can deal those guys as long as we win. Not all of these guys are going to be playing for the White Sox.

    Now. If rumors were true look at what Lance Lynn would have costed then and now. I was in favor of getting him anyway but the price would have been Kopech or Andrew instead of what we gave up.

Throw everything at the wall and see what sticks. What player hasn't he said we've been interested in? If we sign one of them (Out of the 64 he's mentioned) he's gonna go "Aha! I was right".

    Exactly. I'm on board. He's better than the other failed closer contracts too mentioned in the other thread. I have no worries about him in 2 years.

    Well he checks all the boxes. He's not that old and he's really really good. Immediately improves our bullpen even though Colome did a good job. Having him in the playoffs will be huge too.
