  1. QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ May 6, 2013 -> 04:54 PM) on paper this has looked like a competitive series COuld be going for the series W if Reed didnt wet the bed.
  2. QUOTE (Soxfest @ May 6, 2013 -> 04:48 PM) KC announcers saying KC setting the Sox up for another walkoff to put deeper in depression. Hudler likes to talk out of his ass.
  3. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ May 6, 2013 -> 04:44 PM) Hawk with the "base hit!...no" Let the game happen, Hawk. Can't wait for the day Hawk comes to your job & tells you how/what to do.
  4. What a GREAT outing. Sale deserves better.
  5. Wow that man has some lighting quick feet.
  6. Good AB Wise .....DeAza really thinks he is a power hitter huh?
  7. Non Sox fans say it was fair as well. http://www.covers.com/postingforum/post01/...p;sub=101617426
  8. How Sale got through 7 is beyond me. What a gutsy outing & big time start for him....Royals came in hitting lefties at a .301 clip. Doing his best to help us avoid the sweep.
  9. Such a huge call. This is 2013, need better camera angles than that haha.
  10. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ May 6, 2013 -> 04:00 PM) Do they do this off the TV feeds or do they have their own cameras at the park for these calls? They usually take the home telecasts camera angles.
  11. QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ May 6, 2013 -> 04:00 PM) that ball was so fair KCs telecast had an angle where you can see where the ball lands, & it definitely looked fair. Just didn't have an angle high enough to see it up top. Tough.
  12. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ May 6, 2013 -> 03:58 PM) There's zero angle where you can see the ball and the pole, at least on the Sox telecast. Same on the Royals cast. No good view whatsoever
  13. Foul ball. Tough call, could very well have been fair.
  14. QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ May 6, 2013 -> 03:57 PM) hawk says it's fair so you know it has to be Where it landed it appears it would be fair, but the ball is out of the camera over the top of the pole so its hard to tell. Doubt it will be conclusive.
  15. I thought it was good at first. Over the pole, but so hard to tell. Doesn't look to be conclusive, Lexi hit it too high.
  16. This Sox pen & its lack of throwing strikes is beyond frustrating.
  17. Good job by OMO holding onto the ball a bit on Cain. Seems its just a matter of time tho until he steals.
  18. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ May 5, 2013 -> 05:34 PM) Why anyone would think that trading Viciedo is a good idea is beyond me. He'd be the exact type of player you'd be trying to acquire. Young, talented, but undervalued on the trade market, high ceiling, maybe capable of being a producer in the near future. If I were unloading a young guy from the pen, I'd go Reed. He'd bring a better return than Jones just since he's already been closing. I agree on Tank.
  19. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ May 5, 2013 -> 05:31 PM) The other thing to consider if you want the Sox to totally rebuild, it is not like they have a bunch of promising players in the minors that are a year or two away. If you unload a young guy like Sale that would change pretty quickly. Also you have guys like Tank & Jones who could bring back quality prospects.
