Semien is really reeling these days.

QUOTE (fathom @ May 3, 2014 -> 07:05 PM) It's really going to suck having to watch Mr. Below 100 bat the next two weeks. He's fine as a defensive replacement, but JorDanks just cannot hit. Look at his stance. That tells you all you need to know about him.

QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ May 3, 2014 -> 06:41 PM) Fantastic effort by the offense so far. No clutch hitting as of lately. Gillaspie's bat could be really used as of now.
-
Yeah Marcus couldn't do much with that but you gotta run with someone who has a f***ing chance.
-
Get'em tomorrow. Danks just doesn't have it anymore. Looking forward to see if Carroll and Rienzo can keep up their decent pitching.
-
Short and quick, you gotta protect there both Eaton and Beckham.

Are the Bulls getting Melo?

QUOTE (Charlie Haeger's Knuckles @ May 2, 2014 -> 03:33 PM) Man. Next Year is Gonna Be Awesome When We Dont Have All This Rother Dead Waight On The Teem. Dunn Gone GIDPK Gone PAULEEN-O Gawn Neeto wont need to be on the 25 mens rosters. 291 DAYS 10 HOURS 26 MINUTES 35 SECONDS until pitchers and catchers report! POTY -
QUOTE (Eminor3rd @ May 2, 2014 -> 03:01 PM) The universe is a mysterious place I rather Semien get more ABs than Beckham but whatever. I'm tired of Hawk slobbing on his knob too. It's just borderline f***ed up.
-
Why Beckham in the 2 hole?

I'm still interviewing with places but that one is probably the place I do want to work. I'll probably get an offer soon so I wanted to give them first dibs but oh well. Here is the kicker, I interviewed with this place about 2 years ago and didn't get the gig. The people that interviewed me this time around remembered me. I know since it's a pharmaceutical company they'll have to DEA background checks and such but you would think they would run those after they extend an offer.

I miss Gillaspie, the guy knew how to put the ball in play properly.

QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Apr 30, 2014 -> 01:40 PM) I really think if he would back off the plate 6 inches, he would be on fire. I agree. He doesn't have a real good stance either.
-
So I had interview about 3 weeks ago. I haven't heard any feedback regarding my interview or the position. I am going through a recruitment agency as a third party. The guy apparently went on vacation and just got back this week. My recruiter/agent has emailed him for feedback. Should I just assume the worse here? I feel like they would have made an offer by now if they wanted me.

He just needs to attack the hitters. Easier said than done I'm sure.
-
They should have just called up someone to pitch.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Apr 30, 2014 -> 07:59 AM) I just saw a vine of it, the story says that the other woman called Boozer a loser and then threw a beer at Boozers GF after they exchanged words. Boozers GF definitely delivered a few shots Booze is a loser. The f***er didn't improve any in his time here. He is a perennial loser. Good riddance.

Ventura made Viciedo dog it on that fly ball? Who would've known.
-
Yep this states that Sterling is pretty much done for.

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Apr 29, 2014 -> 02:11 PM) Because people never say awful things to their friends/family while in the privacy of their own home? I mean I get it, he's a racist and he's got a past so they had to do something, but Cuban's argument about the slippery slope makes sense. What if you're an outspoken guy (like Cuban) who is in the public eye (like Cuban) and you do things that piss off other owners (like Cuban) and you get drunk and say something stupid, let's say directed towards a woman, would this set a precedent that the NBA could ban him and take away his team? Could owners conspire together and fake outrage over some comment and try to force the commissioner to get rid of someone? You have to believe that the people who running the NBA are smarter than to oust someone based on a slip of the tongue. Sterling had the history and I'm sure he would have eaten into the NBA's bottom line when people boycotted his games.

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Apr 29, 2014 -> 01:52 PM) Again appropriate. http://xkcd.com/1357/ POTH Post of the hour

I think it's hilarious that people are bringing up freedom speech and that this country is dead on the yahoo forums. Do these idiots know that the NBA is not the government nor can the government rule on what is clearly an internal affair?

QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Apr 29, 2014 -> 11:26 AM) The guy is a scumbag POS, but you can't take his property from him (which sounds awful in context, but I am obviously talking about the Clippers franchise). This so hard. I understand people are upset but the man is entitled to his own thoughts. I think the free market might take over here and he'll probably move the team to Seattle.

Keep that streak going... Yesssshhhh
