And nothing is going to change... Unless (raising stick) we deal with campaign finance reform. Root cause of all of the countries problems. The Banks took chances because they knew GOV would bail them out. They had history on their side, under Reagan and deregulation the S&L bailout was needed. And handed out, with the GOV telling us.. that it would never happen again. Plus, well the Banks funnel money into the coffers of both parties, and campaigns are expensive to run. And someone needs to foot the bill.

All Sports cater to where the money is... and isn’t not with Joe the Plumber, or Bob the home builder. I’d say the majority of fans are not from the south side anymore, they are from the burbs. And coming to a game is just a pain… Have to fight traffic to get to the game, don’t get out of the game till 10-10:30 then drive home, which can be anywhere from 30-60mins.. Then get up for work.. Most people have kids and other stuff, it is just easier to flip the game on at the house. And get to a couple of games a year.

Get to be a manager for a day, where you suit up and see if you have what it takes to be the next Chicago White Sox manager.. No experience needed, and prefered.

Even more reason to have a farm system that produces MLB talent. The Sox are not the Yankees/Red Sox/Cubs and can't spend for their mistakes.
