I don't think it's possible for Yoan to do anything but line out to CF when he hits it hard right handed.
Lining out on something with a .550 xBA is a pretty accurate reflection of how the last month has gone for him

That Carlos Hernandez is holding the Yankees to 0 runs and 2 hits through 6. Turns out he's just good now.
He's definitely the best of KC's young arms right now, and it wouldn't surprise me if he ends up being the best going forward

I love how the more you go down the rabbit hole, the more obscure and interesting things you can find about Buehrle's numbers.
And, to me at least, how much more compelling his argument for the Hall of Fame becomes

.600 xBA for Cesar on that flyout

Cesar Hernandez is like 10 feet away from having 2 dingers tonight

I’m not going to assume anyone’s relationships on the team, but it’s gotta be a boost to get all the guys you know back
There's still an AS catcher waiting to return in a few weeks! The team still isn't full strength yet!
But I'm with you. Eloy and Robert being back has to be such an injection for this team in the clubhouse as it obviously is on the field

Moncada getting some BABIP luck for the first time in what feels like weeks

Haha Madrigal does not catch that
Stack two Madrigal's on top of each other and he still doesn't

Cesar Hernandez couldn't be anymore impressive right now

Poor Burrows man. First we made him puke on the mound then we put up 7 on him in 1.1 innings.
Mediocre pitchers have zero chance against this lineup. The Sox are back to 2020 status.

Eloy's ability to get the barrel to the ball regardless of where it's pitched is just incredible
that pitch was out of the zone up and it didn't matter at all
-
Eloy is apparently 2001 Barry Bonds now huh

Jerry owns the station.
I'm fine with blaming Jerry, but I don't think there's a single TV broadcast in baseball that's traveling on the road

It took Timmy like 4 games to fix his swing and start raking again lol
he is such a talented hitter
-
I try not to be a blame the umpires guy, but it seems like Sox hitters have been dealing with a massive strike zone over the last week or so

Great sign that Luis was feeling healthy enough to bust it out of the box and an almost certain out

I'd love to know a distance on that foul ball, oh my goodness. Cesar absolutely destroyed that ball

Moncada's hard hit rate in the 2nd half is 49.1%. The league average is is 32.1%.
I know he's been frustrating, but he also is objectively hitting into some tough luck right now-

One day soon Moncada will hit a ball over 100 MPH that isn't lined directly at a fielder

Sox hitters have been dealing with a brutal zone all week. The KC series wasn't much better.

Given how wet the field was that Hamilton catch is an all-timer for me in White Sox history
