If the Astros can survive this level of rebuild, the White Sox can, too. When it all comes down to it, the reality is our owner is a very old man. I can't blame Jerry for wanting to win right now. At this point, any Front Office changes cost the team a year, but every year it feels like the White Sox are wasting away what makes an organization strong to pretend to compete.
