I wouldn't say that, I would say an organization with deep pockets (The Yankees are not a good organization but are big spenders, for example). On the other hand, "good" organizations like the Astros are going to have little interest I bet.
Look I dunno if I completely disagree with him on the Shohei thing. Yes, he's probably the best player we have ever seen but injury and age are undefeated.
Most of the communities on the south side simply can't complete from a public money standpoint and you know if the Sox are leaving Chicago they're going for the public money.
The injuries and fielding problems are hugely problematic.
