  1. I don't know, maybe you're right and Stafford deserves to be higher. But stats in the NFL are so misleading, QB's don't perform in a vacuum. Their performance is so heavily dependent on external factors. Having the best WR in football on that team, catching passes and drawing defensive attention, helps every other person on that offense including the other WR's and Stafford himself. I don't think the talent gap between Jay and Stafford is so wide and I hope Jay will prove that this year or next year. No more excuses.
  2. We'll see what Jay can do with this offense, talk to me about this again in a year or two when this offense gets a chance to get situated I firmly believe those stats are a result of megatron and have less to do with Stafford. He's not that talented And there's a lot of flaws in QBR Big Flaws in ESPN's Total QBR Exposed After Tim Tebow Rates Above Aaron Rodgers http://bleacherreport.com/articles/889199-...e-aaron-rodgers QBR: ESPN's Deeply Flawed Made-For-TV Stat http://www.coldhardfootballfacts.com/Artic...or-TV_Stat.html
  3. He threw 4 picks against us in one game alone. *shrug* Our offense is different than theirs, we tend to run our TD's in, you know? We're a running team. They toss the ball around more than Drew Brees down in New Orleans, of course the passing stats will be gaudy. Jaws had Stafford at 14 and Jay Cutler at 8, I'm happy with that.
  4. Is anybody actually entertained by the HR derby?
  5. The Lions were the #1 team in the NFL when it comes to passing attempts, and he has Calvin Johnson on his team. So that explains the big stats. Stafford ain't that good. He's not any better than Jay Cutler. Lions offense = f*** it, toss it to Calvin
  6. Yup...another superteam to contend with in our conference. yay for us :/
  7. Why did they make this be on a Tuesday? Lame...
  8. Nothing he did in Golden State matters. It's golden state. Watson has never shot even 50% TS% in a Bulls uniform. He sucks. Period, end of story. Let him go back to Golden State and chuck to his hearts content. That way you can be really impressed by how many PPG he scores, and we won't have to worry about his inability to run an offense or shoot efficiently in a Bulls uniform any more.
  9. Yeah that was one measly game. Given a large enough sample size and starter minutes, I'm sure Hinrich can manage a once-in-a-lifetime 30 point effort too.
  10. Come on son...in what world is CJ going to score 30-40 points? He's been an inefficient scorer for the Bulls, he might score that many if he played starter minutes and took 25 shots per game.
  11. I'm more worried about Paulie. Someone earlier today said they couldn't remember the last time he had a hit that mattered. I agree with that, he's been turrible in the clutch this year. The Dunn/PK duo is not thrilling my body recently
  12. Kirky can do the same thing, and much more. Kirks FAAAR better playoff performance history is reason alone to prefer him over C.J., who's been nothing but a playoff choker.
  13. I don't remember CJ being electric on offense, ever. All he can do is hit the occasional 3. He can't do anything else.
  14. Oh well. Proud of how we battled back all game long.
  15. I wanted to see him keep yelling at the ump. He stopped way too soon for my liking.
  16. God I hope we explode in the bottom of the 9th and win this damn game
  17. Dunn does have a plan at the plate...look at every pitch until you strike out looking. His plan is working perfectly.
  18. Yeah I hope Ventura sits Adam vs LHP after this.
