    Earth Day!

I usually use the same cup 2-3 times before I get a new one. I just rinse it out with water after each use. I also use the same towel after a shower 5 or so times before getting a new one. I'm wiping CLEAN WATER off of my CLEAN BODY after a shower. Why would I need a new towel? I've found that I wash the dishes much less and do laundry much less. I know these are small, but I try to do my part.
  2. No way that NE would give up that much. I would expect them to slightly overpay (two 1's and a 3, two 1's and a 2) but not two 1's and two 2's
  3. My mom lives about 25 minutes from the stadium. Carpet sucks, obstructions suck, cowbells suck, roof isn't up to modern day technology, and for gods sake the building is f***ing tilted. Maybe they assume it will bring more attendance? They'll be wrong I'll bet, as pro sports typically don't matter much in Florida. Regardless, we'll agree to disagree on the stadium. The only baseball park worse might be the one in Oakland. I'd venture to guess that if you googled ballpark rankings, the Trop will be bottom 2.
  4. I'd agree. His measurables were almost all better than Aldon Smith, and if it weren't for guns and booze, he'd probably be a 100 career sack guy.
  5. My big board for the Bears would be: Chubb Barkley Davenport R. Smith Edmunds Ward James/Fitzpatrick Nelson I wouldn't be against trading down to 11, 12 or 15, either, because I think Davenport, James/Fitzpatrick or Edmunds would be there anyway.
  6. Tampa Bay wants a new stadium because their current stadium is the worst in professional sports
  7. It hasn’t been a whole year for Anderson’s loss either
  8. Also, why the f*** are we even discussing Anderson? His OPS is 50 points better than last year & he’s going to steal at least 35 bases. STFU already.
  9. My dad died last June and it was unexpected. Not only was he my dad but my best friend. I miss him everyday, and occasionally, it’s hard to have “good” days at work because I’m thinking about him and mourning him. Should I get help too? This is one of your worst posts, and that’s saying something.
  10. That settles it then. If Lester and the paralyzed olympians can do it and Anderson can’t, that makes Anderson a huge p***y. Your posts are inspiring, dude.
  11. You probably said the same when the Astros started their rebuild. “They’ll never compete with Boston and New York anyway!”
  12. Brett and Fisher have been relatively underwhelming.
  13. I don’t mean promoted to the MLB, I mean to Birmingham or Charlotte. If he can prove he can hit in both of those spots, I’d bring him up maybe to start 2019 and get some starts in CF. Thompson & Engel stink, and Garcia is more of an IF’er, IMO.
  14. At what point do they promote Booker? At 25 years old it’s kind of sink or swim time for him anyway, and aside from his time at WS last year, he’s hit for average at every level. He may never be much of an MLB contributor but damn, maybe he’s a valuable pinch runner in 2020.
  15. The Sox are awful, and the Astros are f***ing awesome. Honestly I’d be shocked if they don’t repeat. By the way, Hawk forgot to mention A-Rod again when discussing best RH AL hitters of the last 20 years again. Frank was great but if Hawk thinks he was a better hitter than Rodriguez, he’s an even bigger moron than I originally thought and that’s saying something. When the conversation changed to best hitter of all time, saying “I don’t care to meet him” when discussing Bonds seemed rather s***ty, as I’m sure the feeling is mutual and also that Bonds probably has no clue who Ken Harrelson is
  16. The Sox have no chance to win this game. If they do, I won’t post until June.
  17. I don’t think they did, but if Correa would have taken any longer there, Altuve would have been leaving Chicago in a cast
  18. Yeah, looks like that tweet was posted an hour ago
  19. that pitch was two inches outside, I don't blame him for taking it. he sure gets rung up on a lot of questionable calls It was INSIDE, and it was a strike
  20. You just said the ball was outside “bro.” The ball was under Moncada’s hands, which would make it inside, “bro.” The ump has been terrible, but strike 3 to Moncada was strike 3. Good talk!
  21. The Moncada K? The ball had the inside corner. Not sure where you’re watching but it seems to be very inaccurate
  22. I’ve really never heard Hawk talk positively about Moncada. Usually he calls young guys like him “bundles of talent” or whatever. Not Moncada though
