That's legitimately my point. The Sox aren't going to be 1-3 because they didn't add some crappy SP to replace this crappy SP.

They lead the league in errors. Moncada and Vaughn aren't hitting. The bullpen hasn't been great. Jimenez and Anderson are hurt I'm not sure how adding a mediocre SP helps any of that

To be fair, anyone that loses their best power hitter and maybe now their best pure hitter is going to struggle. Who could they have signed for the bench for .325 average or 40+ homers?
