QUOTE (LVSoxFan @ Apr 6, 2010 -> 02:32 PM) How the hell do you boo a guy on the first day of the season? coughdewaynewisecough.

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 8, 2010 -> 12:28 PM) Since I turned 25 I just can't take sugar-rich cereal in the morning like I used to. Raisin bran, Total, Special K Protein Plus is up there. If I want a snack later in the day and I have some lying around...Frosted Mini Wheats are like candy (eaten dry). And I can still then down a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. We always have a box of frosted mini wheats lying around the house as a snack. It's a fairly healthy snack instead of chips or whatnot.

QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Apr 8, 2010 -> 04:13 PM) Intermediate Micro. Its the Econ's dept of saying f*** you College of Business. The two are fighting to much that the Econ Dept will no longer allow ANY transfers of credit for the class after this summer semester. Most Business students would go to UIC, NIU, SIU for the class where it would be infinitely easier. The professors/TAs they choose to teach this class just have it out for students. i honestly don't remember that one at all. The calculus part of Indifference curves and whatnot? (I was an Econ major there......I remember 202 or 203 or whatever the 2nd 200 level one was as being the worst.) The 400 level classes were easier than the 200 and 300 level ones by a long shot.

anyone watch that food revolution show on abc? I caught the first ep on hulu and thought it was pretty interesting. Also, totally unrelated to that, kitchen nightmares is one of my favorite shows on tv.

QUOTE (Jenks Heat @ Mar 26, 2010 -> 09:45 AM) Modern family and Big Bang are great. The fact they both have simply incredible looking ladies does not hurt. oh my goodness, the mom in modern family.

QUOTE (CrimsonWeltall @ Mar 25, 2010 -> 09:21 PM) There seem to be multiple ways of containing Smokey. - Whatever Jacob is doing - Whatever Dogen was doing at the Temple until he died - The sonic (?) fences used by the Dharma folks and Widmore something about ash too right?

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Mar 24, 2010 -> 11:08 AM) Really? I didn't get that impression at all. I did. His whole body language changed and that was completely unrelated to what they were talking about before.

QUOTE (Brian @ Mar 23, 2010 -> 06:11 PM) Sheldon is my favorite character on any sitcom right now. "It's a trap!"

QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Mar 22, 2010 -> 04:31 PM) just something random that you really shouldn't be emphasizing. I actually didn't go to the bathroom and have it hurt, cuz that would suck. that's a fantastic random thought thanks for that.

QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Mar 22, 2010 -> 03:50 PM) I went to the bathroom this weekend and it hurt! But I'm ok! wtf

QUOTE (CubsSuck1 @ Mar 21, 2010 -> 03:27 PM) I was never aware of this obscure broadcast hijacking in Chicago back in 1987. Interesting, though. http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=3NteOR...feature=related http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Max_Headroom_...rusion_incident thank you for entertaining me for 10 minutes kind sir. I'd never heard of that either.

Hey guys, So I recently got a new gig in Rolling meadows and I live in the city (bucktownish). I don't really know if I could stand sitting on the kennedy for an hour/hour and a half every day so I would much rather take the train to work. I live within walking distance of the metra clybourn station. I really don't use my car in the city and really would only need it to get from the train station to work and back. So my question is: do any of you use those metra stations over there? Do you know if they allow overnight parking? There really isn't much information online. A friend of mine said the palatine station allows overnight parking and that they don't even ticket overnight, so it would be free, any experiences?

QUOTE (bighurt4life @ Mar 18, 2010 -> 04:41 AM) Close, but the holy grail is a robby alomar authentic or perhaps a lance johnson. I was THIS close to purchasing an authentic alomar jersey in 03.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Mar 18, 2010 -> 09:47 AM) I had mexican coca cola the other day. It was pretty good, and I dont know why but Coke in a glass bottle is just awesome. i just bought 5 bottles form the mexican grocery store across the street from me. They almost have an entire shelf just lined w/ bottles.

I think the holy grail right now would be a darin erstad jersey. There has to be a few out there.
